Sitting in a beautiful elevated position just outside of Playa Blanca, the sprawling Casa Playa Blanca enjoys gorgeous mountain and sea views. It is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the delights of Playa Blanca. The villa offers four bedrooms sleeping 8 guests so is ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
Playa Blanca is a tourist magnet that has retained its village charm. It is located on the south side of Lanzarote with a wide range of restaurants, bars, a new shopping centre and a wonderful port. The gorgeous Papgayos Beaches are white sand wonders with crystal clear water lapping against the rocks. The Playa Blanca boardwalk is fabulous. If the charms of Lanzarote are not enough to keep you busy, it is very easy to take a boat over to the nearby island of Fuerteventura.
Casa Playa Blanca offers very spacious accommodation and delightful outdoor space. The chef in your group will be blown over by the villa’s kitchen. It is an enormous space with more cupboards than you could ever use. It is very sociable with a huge island and numerous stools where everyone can pour a glass of wine and keep the chef company. The appliances are top notch and there are even two of some, such as fridges and freezers!The living room is also spacious with a huge, comfy U-shaped sofa and another sofa plus the usual flat screen television with good channels.
The four bedrooms are comprised of an enormous master with a superking bed and ensuite bathroom, another with a kingsize bed, another with a queensize bed and finally a twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom and a further shower room to share.
Guests staying a Casa Playa Blanca will enjoy the outdoor space. There is a pretty courtyard with a small fountain, lots of succulent plants and a sun drenched dining table, another stone-walled succulent garden and a large pool area. The shaded terrace that runs alongside the villa enjoys a superb built-in alfresco dining area with a marble table and bench seating, a bar and an alfresco lounge area. There are sun loungers surrounding the swimming pool. It is very easy to find a quiet corner in this villa for your holiday read. There is also a well-equipped gym for keep fit enthusiasts.

THE REGION
The peaceful quiet atmosphere of Playa Blanca, in the south of the island, makes this area the perfect place to unwind. Sunbathing or enjoying a quiet walk along the promenade whilst watching the sunset are great ways to recharge your batteries. This town, located close to Timanfaya National Park and the Papagayo beaches, has a marina where a ferry can be taken to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.
Playa Blanca boasts a diversity of beaches catering for all tastes, which can be enjoyed all year round. Nearby, there are hotels of varying categories and restaurants in which to recover your strength. In the evening, breathe in the fresh sea air while browsing in the boutiques or enjoy a pick-me-up coffee to round off a perfect day at the beach.

Best Suited For: All AgesCasa Playa Blanca is perfect for families. It is very spacious and enjoys a good swimming pool and outdoor space. Older children or young adults may enjoy the gym equipment.
Playa Blanca is great with lots of attractions and wonderful restaurants. Surrounding this busy resort are many other attractions. The island’s national park Timanfaya is a wonderful experience for children where they can take a camel ride to discover the volcanic landscape. The Timanfaya visitor’s centre has a fantastic exhibition with a seismograph, meteosat and a meteorological station so they get a fun geography lesson while on holiday! They will witness first-hand the heat. A hands on interactive activity includes water poured into a 10 metre hole which erupts seconds later as steam like a mini geyser and dry bushes burst into flames when thrown into a hole in the volcanic ground. They will be fascinated if your book at table for lunch at El Diablo restaurant which overlooks many of the islands 300 volcanos and lava fields. How amazing to have a chicken lunch cooked by a volcano!
Cueva de Los Verdes is one of the longest lava tubes in the world. It was formed 4000 years ago when La Corona Volcano erupted and its lava flowed into the sea. Children enjoy hiding in the tubes, pretending they were getting away from pirates in the 16th and 17th century. The atriums are huge and very echoey, such fun!
Everywhere you go on Lanzarote, you will find succulents. The Jardin de Cactus was created by Cesar Manrique, Lanzarote’s late legendary artist. It is an amazing place with over 4500 speciments of cacti and hundreds and thousands of prickles! It is a beautiful garden, especially at sunset.
For a thrilling water adventure, you can head to Aquapark Costa Teguise, Lanzarote’s biggest water park. There are attractions for all ages including toddler slides and shallow pools. Older children love racing down the Aqua Racer and the Kamikaze, Black Hole and Hydrotub rides. During the summer, the park also offers ziplining, paintballing and an electric car racing circuit. Beware though, your children will not want to leave!

Great for a family - lots of space
A really nice Villa with ample space for a large family. Clean and fully equipped with lovely pool. Lots of separate seating areas so we could all spread out with the bonus of a TV room for the teens to escape to in the evening. Convenient parking on the driveway, we felt far enough away from the town to escape the bustle during the day, but close enough for the short drive down to the restaurants in the evening. Would recommend this villa without any hesitation. No issues whatsoever.

Absolutely everything you would want
The villa was amazing. Absolutely everything you would want for a family holiday. When I eventually managed to get the kids out of the pool in the evening there were firesticks in the TVs to keep them entertained, and a nice surprise was a good selection of DVDs provided also. Kitchen was really well equipped. The location was lovely and peaceful, but also only a 5 min taxi ride to a great selection of restaurants, pubs etc. Claire stopped by to check we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, which was a really nice personal touch.

A fantastic week in a stunning villa that we would love to return to
The moment you walk in you are greeted by a stunning kitchen that wows you immediately. The villa was superbly equipped. Even the many beach towels waiting for us were well appreciated. We had everything we needed. There’s so many different areas to be and sit. The pool was a good size and the views from the pool area were fantastic. The outdoor kitchen area is great. The bedrooms were comfortable and the storage in the master bedroom was very handy. The villa managers were very helpful when they called in and answered all our questions. We had a fantastic holiday in the villa and would love to return again in the future.
One person from a party of 8 said they would have liked air conditioning as they struggled to sleep at night. However, this would not put them off returning to the villa.
