Situated on the outskirts of the cosmopolitan, cultural city of Barcelona and boasting a beach-front location, Villa Maritime offers guests that little slice of heaven and is sure to be in popular demand. The contemporary marble villa has been recently renovated to create a truly wonderful holiday home in the Catalonia region of Spain. It is the ideal option for those looking to be close to Barcelona.
Villa Maritime has been tastefully designed to maximise guest comfort and space throughout. The slick, white lines, high ceilings and modern furniture adds to the overall luxurious ambience in this villa. There is an open-plan living room with full-length windows allowing light to flood the room, a dining room, separate TV room, fully-equipped kitchen and even a study. If you want to try your hand at some music, then make the most of the grand piano too! The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (3 doubles and 2 twins) with all bedrooms apart from the twin bedrooms boasting private ensuites.
Head outside to take a dip in your very own private swimming pool or perhaps relax on one of the sun loungers. Due to the fantastic beach-front location of Villa Maritime, you will only need to cross the road and enjoy days on the stunning sandy beaches. You can easily get into the city centre of Barcelona by train or bus which are only a 20-minute journey.

Well known for its architecture and art, millions of people flock to this city to revel in its delights and it is easy to see why! Villa Maritime boasts a fantastic location on the outskirts of Barcelona, just 20 km southwest of Barcelona in the town of Castelldefels. The villa is perched right on the beach front and thus a great location for those looking for a beach villa holiday whilst still being close to all the amenities.
Getting into the centre of Barcelona is a relatively easy journey, taking approximately 20 minutes.
By Bus: From Plaza Cataluña it takes just over an hour, the bus stop is about a 10 minute walk from the house.
By Train: To Barcelona Sants it takes approximately 20 minutes. The closest station is Castelldefels Centre. The station is approximately 2km from the house, it’s easy to get a taxi from the station.
Sitges is also a must-do whilst staying at the villa. It is a 15 minute train journey from Castelldefels Centre station to Sitges.
