These sophisticated interiors ooze designer luxury in every detail. The lounge offers a varied and beautiful seating area, with several seats and a large sofa perfect for gathering together and chatting, or even stealing a moment to yourself with a good book or the TV. Or for getting the party started to head into your majestic bar with more comfortable seating and a most exclusive, opulent atmosphere. There’s a superb dining area set amid a deluxe environment of wood and delightful lighting, and of course a huge kitchen which embodies the same super-modern style. The openness of the design makes for an enchanting fusion of interior and exterior spaces, with a sense of flowing out onto the pool terrace!
All three extraordinary bedrooms enjoy breath-taking sea-views as well as a set up of casual sofas and chairs from which to enjoy them – or else to simply relax in the comfort and privacy of your own room. Occupying the entire top floor is the master suite penthouse, with a huge king-size bed to one side, as well as a lovely lounge, an office and even a walk-in wardrobe. From here you also have your very own balcony with ocean views! Meanwhile, the remaining two bedrooms can be found on the lower floor. Both enjoy a double bed and a TV, and one also features a balcony looking out over the ocean. All three feature ensuite bathrooms, including both a freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower in two, and a large shower in the final double room.
And finally, you can enjoy a delightful garden on either side of this villa. Towards the sea is your immense pool terrace. A wonderful infinity pool invites you to spend a little time in the sunshine, perhaps sunbathing on these lovely loungers alongside it, before cooling off and feeling revitalised in its refreshing depths. Beside it there are several sofas and chairs, some shaded and some out in the dazzling sun. Kick back in these plush sofas and admire the striking colours of sunset dancing across the sea and on the shimmering surface of the sea as you enjoy a cocktail! Meanwhile, towards the back of the villa in an enchanting courtyard, you can sit among this rich and fragrant garden and enjoy memorable meal-times with friends at this alfresco dining area.
What you should know…
- Due to its contemporary design and lack of barriers to the pool, this villa is better suited for older children
- While you could walk down the beach in less than half an hour, your location up on the hillside makes it quite a hike to get home
- Parents should note the openness of the terrace and two bedrooms with balconies

About the surrounding area of Cape BhekaniTucked on the magnificent slopes of the Lion’s Head, in the enchanting region of Bantry Bay, Cape Bhekani is perfectly placed for a memorable holiday of beaches, sunsets, hiking, swimming, strolling, shopping and unforgettable dining.
As an alternative to the world-famous Sea Point Promenade, if you’re after a scenic stroll, head up to the Pipe Track, a delightfully undulating path through the top of the bay with stunning coastal views! Starting at Kloof Nek at the bottom of the mountain, stretching for six kilometres all the way to Camps Bay, this is a delightfully quiet yet sublimely picturesque trail to enjoy the rugged terrain and fresh air above the Atlantic Seaboard!
Also just a short distance away, with shops, bars, restaurants and both an Aquarium and Marine Museum, the V&A Waterfront is one of Cape Town’s best known attractions, right at the foot of Table Mountain. It is the starting point for almost all tours, cruises and excursions. Within a short walk of here is the Green Point market, tucked just outside the Green Point Stadium. Visit on Sundays to find locals selling all kinds of authentic arts, craft and curios to take home!
One of the many tours starting from the V&A Waterfront is an unforgettable day out is a trip to Robben Island, the Maximum Security Prison where political prisoners, including Nelson Mandela, were held during the apartheid. The tour includes not only a tour of the prison itself but also meeting a former political prisoner and a tour of the 575-hectare Island which often includes sightings of penguins!

Your nearest beach is the enchanting Saunders Rocks Beach, but the entire coastline promises spectacular scenes of secluded bays, tidal pools and stunning, long stretches of fine white sands. Indeed, the coast is ideal for games like frisbee and volleyball, or simply sunbathing! Undoubtedly, if it’s a beach holiday you’re after, look no further than Cape Town. The city boasts 10 Blue Flag beaches: Camps Bay, the Clifton 4th, Llandudno, Bikini, Strandfontein, Muizenberg, Fish Hoek, Mnandi, Melkbosstrand and Silwerstroomstrand.
And if you want to keep the kids outdoors and interested in some of the unique and exotic wildlife of the region, the Table Mountain National Park, which comprises several areas of interest along the peninsula, including Cape Hope and Cape Point, is bursting with fascinating wildlife including ostriches, antelopes and baboons, and of course breath-taking scenery!
Meanwhile, Boulders Beach, one of the most famous of Cape Town’s attractions, is home to a colony of thousands of African penguins! Take a stroll along the wooden boardwalks and admire them in their natural habit, taking a swim in the cold waters or huddling together, all with the backdrop of the stunning ocean and mountainous landscape.
