The exterior is home to a wide range of outdoor seating and dining areas, offering guests a comfortable place to unwind as they gaze out at the impeccable views that sit before them.
The interior of the property uses a collection of considerable windows, pulling in a wide array of natural light sources to create a surprisingly bright and airy space. The living area is based on the lower ground floor and uses an assortment of quirky decors to build a truly charming and charismatic space. In addition, guests can kick back and relax on the large leather sofa and take in the amazing views of the exterior. Opposite the living area is the dining area, a space that also embodies an off-beat and extravagant theme. This area uses a timeless white wooden table as well as a set of matching chairs, helping to balance out the vibrant colours seen in the previous room. The kitchen within this property uses a range of stainless steel appliances, creating a sleek and modern feel. In turn, guests can use these flawless facilities to prepare and serve a variety of delicious meals whenever they please. This floor is also home to the first bedroom. This room includes a super king-size bed as well as access to a toilet.

Entering from street level, the ground floor of this property is also home to three spectacular bedrooms. All of these bedrooms contain a spacious queen-sized bed, ensuring guests can gain a restful night’s sleep throughout their stay on this property.

Security deposit €5000 charged to client's credit card by the owner upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 3 pm.
Departure time 12 pm.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price and bed linen changed every week.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 3 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not permitted.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Andorra Tourist Tax of €1-3 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally on arrival.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs Please be aware that guests may host social gathering provided that the invitees do not spend the night and there is no more than 20 individuals in the property at any time.
Other 2 Guests are asked to please be mindful of music and noise, inside and outside of the property. Any disturbances reported may result in a lower amount of security deposit being returned.
