Chalet Modern Self-Catered Ideal for Kids Walk to Village

A deeply charming and rustic property known as Andorra Borda, this villa allows guests to truly detach from the stressors of the outside world. This property is located in the Incles Valley, a protected area that is teeming with a plethora of emerald-green rolling hills. Guests can also enjoy the awe-inspiring view of an immense mountain range that sits in the distance.
 
The interior of this house continues to embody a traditional and homely feel, blending design choices of the past with a collection of contemporary influences. The lower level of this villa is home to four stunning bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms contain a spacious queen-sized bed that has been fitted with ample linens. In addition, both these bedrooms provide access to their own en-suite bathroom, giving these guests an added sense of privacy and opulence. The third bedroom is home to a pair of bunk beds, making this space ideal for up to four small children. As such, younger guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep and can wake up to the idyllic views of the beautiful scenery. The fourth bedroom includes two joined single beds, perfect for a couple, or they can be separated for siblings or friends.
 
The upper level of this property is home to a range of beautiful living areas. The living room uses a range of dark colours to build a deeply comforting and soothing atmosphere. In turn, guests can kick back on the considerable sofa area and catch up with their favourite shows on the flatscreen TV. The connected kitchen and dining areas help to build a sense of community and familiarity within this divine property. The kitchen is lined with chic wooden cupboards as well as a range of state-of-the-art appliances. Therefore, guests can experiment with their cooking skills whilst enjoying their time on this spectacular property. The dining area also follows a similar theme, using a broad wooden table and a set of matching chairs. The first floor is also home to the fifth and final bedroom. This space contains a large queen-sized bed and is perfect for guests who may struggle to climb stairs.

This marvellous villa is located in Andorra, a region that is quickly building a positive reputation within the travel and tourism industry. One of Andorra's most popular tourist attractions is the Caldea Spa Complex, which can be found in the country's capital, around a 20-minute drive away. This irresistible spa is located in the tallest building in Andorra and is regarded as the largest thermal spa complex in the entirety of Europe. Here, guests can slip into a collection of high-end hot tubs and let the tension melt away in a range of swimming pools. There is also an assortment of hydrotherapy classes available, encouraging guests to work on their fitness and mobility during their time here.
 
Andorra also boasts an eclectic and diverse art scene, with some of the world's most profile creators contributing to its varied catalogue. La Noblesse du Temps, translated as The Nobility of Time, is one of Salvador Dali's most alluring pieces and is based just a few minutes away from the centre of Andorra. This amazing statue depicts the passing of time and was crafted by hand out of solid bronze. An enormous melting clock is used as the main focal point, a common motif throughout Dali's most popular work. The piece is truly monumental, weighing 1.4 tons and standing at an astonishing 16ft tall. This is an ideal landmark to visit if you are looking to uncover more about Andorra's creative influences as well as the European art scene in general.
 
And, of course, this region is also well known for its array of incredible winter sports facilities, with the acclaimed Vallnord resort located just over 10-minutes away from the centre of Andorra. Many European tourists regard this establishment as one of the finest in the continent, providing unmatched skiing conditions as well as a plethora of facilities. Vallnord is ideal for both beginners and experts, seen by the perfect skiing conditions as well as the intuitive ski school that can be found on-site. If skiing is not your thing, guests can also partake in a wide selection of other enjoyable sports, such as tobogganing and snowshoeing. The equally impressive Grandvalira ski slopes are located just 3km from Andorra Borda and are perfect if you'd prefer not to travel as far.

The Museo de la Miniatura, otherwise known as The Museum of Miniatures, is a deeply immersive establishment that showcases a diverse range of tiny items. A majority of these intriguing works were designed by Nicolai Siadristy, a Ukrainian-born artist who is widely regarded as one of the best in his field. These miniature items are crafted from a collection of valuable items such as gold and platinum. Moreover, some of his works have been crafted out of a single grain of rice, highlighting his skill in this incredible craft. The Museo de la Miniatura can be found just 30 minutes away and welcomes guests every day from 9:30 am to 7 pm.
 
If you are visiting with older children who love to shop till they drop, a trip to Carrefour Andorra 2000 is a real treat. This establishment is one of the most prestigious shopping malls in the area, showcasing a wide variety of luxury fashion boutiques and perfume stores. This centre also provides an expansive food court, allowing guests to relax and recharge before continuing with their shopping experience. Guests can purchase a selection of high-end items such as Ray-Ban sunglasses as well as a plethora of modern electronics such as cameras and audio equipment. For guests arriving by car, this shopping mall also offers two hours of free parking.
 
Madriu-Perafita-Claror is the largest national park in Andorra and is also regarded as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This extensive park is home to a collection of majestic and rare creatures, helping guests to get up close and personal with a range of unique species. Guests have the chance to observe boars, roe deer, and bearded vultures, offering a deeply educational and beautiful experience. This park also occupies 10% of the country's territory, further emphasising its size and stature within this impeccable region. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €5000 charged to client's credit card by the owner upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 3 pm.
Departure time 12 pm.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price and bed linen changed every week.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
Minimum stay 3 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not permitted.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Andorra Tourist Tax of €1-3 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally on arrival.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs Please be aware that guests may host social gathering provided that the invitees do not spend the night and there is no more than 20 individuals in the property at any time.
Other 2 Guests are asked to please be mindful of music and noise, inside and outside of the property. Any disturbances reported may result in a lower amount of security deposit being returned.
