The apartment is open-plan, with a fully equipped kitchen, social dining space and generous living area. You can prepare delicious breakfasts, picnic lunches and home-cooked dinners, eating together inside, before heading out to the charming balcony for a digestif. Furnished with comfy sofas, a television and Wi-Fi, kids and adults alike will be kept happy, keeping up to date with the world back home and relaxing after a busy day of outdoor fun! The apartment's three bedrooms include an en-suite double bedroom and two twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom. Each bedroom is simple and sophisticated, with comfy beds and some storage for your belongings.

The apartment's private balcony overlooks the Resort gardens or pool, a tranquil setting for a morning coffee or evening aperitif. You can walk down to the gardens for a stroll or head to the pool to cool off, making the most of the poolside restaurant and sun loungers and soaking in the holiday atmosphere. There is a spa, health club, tennis courts, six restaurants and a beautiful golf course to keep you busy, as well as a kid's club for any little ones. The 18-hole golf course is known to be one of the most stunning courses in Europe, designed by a renowned American golf architect, perfect for challenging your swing and the precision of your game, so make sure you pack your clubs.

Garden Apartment III is a relaxed apartment, located near to the principal entrance of the luxury Praia D'El Rey Golf and Beach Resort. With views out across the gardens, this charming apartment offers everything you need to rest and restore, enjoying some private time alone with your loved ones before heading out to explore the stunning sights of the Silver Coast. During your stay, you have access to all the Resort's facilities, with swimming pools, a spa, health centre, kid's club, golf course and much more for you to enjoy. Bordered by the protected landscape of the Serra de Montejunto and the natural beauty of Atlantic beaches, the Silver Coast is both the home of Portugal's only marine nature reserve and a mecca for surfers and golfing lovers from around the world.

Within the Resort and within easy reach of your apartment, there are six restaurants for you to choose from, with options for all tastes. You can dine by the pool, in a restaurant or from the comfort of your own apartment, giving an option for every occasion. The Resort's 18-hole golf course is one of the most stunning courses in Europe. The course was designed by the renowned American golf architect Cabell B.Robinson and opened on 14th June 1997, offering a complete golfing challenge, with deep bunkers, sloping greens and sandy dunes complimenting the luscious fairways.

More those who enjoy adventures, there is a large range of activities on offer nearby. There are beautiful beaches scattered along the Peniche coastline, suited to lazy beach days and water sports alike. You can choose from surfing, bodyboarding or stand-up paddleboards, taking lessons or heading out on your own. Peniche is also one of the great fishing centres of Portugal, and you can try deep-sea fishing, with professionals to help you find the best spots.

The best spot for water activities is the nearby Óbidos Lagoon; the most extensive coastal lagoon system on the Portuguese coast. You can enjoy canoeing, sailing, kite surfing, windsurfing and more, with exceptional conditions for water sports.

The West Region of Portugal boasts a unique natural and architectural history with a rich history for you to explore. With monasteries, castles and museums there is plenty to see. Berlenga Island is at the top of our list, considered a Biosphere Heritage by UNESCO.

Garden Apartment III is located by the principal entrance of the Resort, near the Clubhouse and just a few kilometres from the beach, giving you and your family easy access to all the Resort's facilities.

The apartment offers three bedrooms; one double and two twin rooms. The twin bedrooms are perfect for kids to share, with a family bathroom to share between the two rooms. The open-plan nature of the apartment suits families perfectly. You can all enjoy time together in the space, cooking in the kitchen, dining together around the table and curling up on the sofas to watch TV at the end of a busy day.

This home away from home gives kids the space and privacy to rest and restore, saving up all of their energy to head out and explore the area. The Resort's kids club is perfect for little ones, giving them the chance to make friends and enjoy hours of fun with their peers. Between June and September, the team runs a full program of activities and games every day of the week for children between the ages 3 and 12 years old. Children's participation in the Kids Club is available from 5€ per hour for guests. There is also the option to purchase multiple-day passes.

The Silver Coast is a surf mecca, with opportunities for kids to learn themselves, or they can opt for bodyboarding to ride each wave right into the shore! The Óbidos lagoon has the perfect conditions for a vast array of watersports, from sailing and canoeing to windsurfing and kite surfing, kids of all ages are sure to be entertained. There is also paintballing and archery nearby, and the indoor Karting in Caldas da Rainha is also located about 25-minutes away from the villa with a fleet of 14 karts that kids can enjoy the thrill of driving! Karting is for children over the age of six.

The nearby Dino Park is also a popular activity for families, with over 120 full-scale models of dinosaurs and other animals to find – a fun and educational day out for the whole group!
