As you walk in, you are welcomed into the sleek and modern living space. With an open-plan design, you can easily move from the living and dining areas to the kitchen without stopping the flow of conversation. The living area is arranged around a television with a comfortable three-seater sofa and armchair that backs onto the dining area that can seat four guests. The kitchen sits behind the dining area and is open to the rest of the room to make the most of the stunning views. Equipped with all you could need to cook up a storm, including a dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge-freezer, guests will relish the opportunity to cook for family and friends in this space.

Configured over two floors, two bedrooms can be found at Beachfront Townhouse II. Both bedrooms are home to two single beds and enjoy the privacy of their own en-suite bathrooms as well as a further guest W.C. You can step out onto your own private balcony to enjoy the wonderful sea views and make the most of the Portuguese sunshine. And when you feel like cooling off, then head to the condominium pool or take a short stroll the beach which is less than 300m away.

Located at the north end of Praia D'El Rey Resort on Portugal's Silver Coast, Beachfront Townhouse II enjoys wonderful views of the nearby golf course and the ocean beyond. As the name may suggest, guests here can easily walk to the beach, which is less than 300m away! Or if you'd prefer to lounge by the pool, then the condominium pool is not too far either.

Praia D'El Rey Resort offers the best of both villa privacy and hotel service. With so many facilities available on-site, including restaurants, bars, a spa and health club, tennis courts and a golf course, there is no end to the number of activities you can enjoy. Take to the waters and try out a new watersport or head inland and race around a go-kart track or up into the mountains on a mountain bike. If history and culture are more your thing, then the magnificent medieval village of Obidos is a short drive away and boasts stunning architecture and meandering cobbled streets.

Berlengas Island is a must-visit if you are a keen diver or snorkeller. Considered a UNESCO Biosphere Heritage Site, this unique underwater paradise is home to stunning marine wildlife, making it a top spot for those keen to explore Portugal's marine biodiversity. The nearby Obidos Lagoon is a popular spot for watersports, with sailing, kite surfing and windsurfing on offer here. This unique site is the most extensive lagoon system in Portugal, and can even be explored by canoe!

Praia D'El Rey Resort is located less than an hour's drive north from the Portuguese capital of Lisbon, making it perfect for a day trip to explore the culture and history of this vibrant city. The twin bedrooms inside the townhouse make choosing sleeping arrangements easy as there will be no fighting over the best room. It will feel like a sleepover for siblings and young friends sharing a room, and with their own private bathroom, they will love having their own space. The private balconies are securely fenced so little ones can safely enjoy the outside space. Older kids will be pleased to know that Wi-Fi is available throughout the townhouse and a television can be found in the living area, so they can say connected to their friends at home and keep up with their favourite TV shows while enjoying all that Portugal has to offer.

Praia D'El Rey Resort has so much to offer children and families that you may struggle to fit it all in! A number of watersports are available, including windsurfing, SUP and kitesurfing, as well as land-based activities such as paintballing, archery and go-karting! And during the summer months, a Kids Club staffed by entertainers is open for those aged 3 to 12, so the kids can enjoy the holiday as much as the adults!

For an educational day out of the resort, why not head to Dino Park, Portugal's largest outdoor museum. With over 120 full-scale models of dinosaurs and other animals, kids can be both educated and entertained outside in wonderful Portuguese climate!
