- Securely positioned behind a gated complex with 24 hour security; offers both seclusion and access to nearby amenities
- On the doorstep to one of Europe’s premier golf courses for those golfers among the group; 2 km away restaurants, tennis courts, spa and other amenities can be found
Villa Fausto is a dazzling blend of architectural finesse, sleek and contemporary style, fitting so subtly and naturally into its unparalleled beach-side surroundings; cutting edge design married with soft and earthy use of raw materials and striking simplicity.
Set on the upmarket Tróia peninsular, this stunning home offers an angular and linear exterior, without being jarring with its surrounds. The soft and earthy tones, slate greys and natural timbers integrate with the windswept shrubbery and undulating sand dunes. As far as the eye can see, this home looks onto sea-scape horizons. A dreamy abode, captivating with its interiors which fill with natural light and the mesmerising views by virtue of sheet-glass walls at every turn.
On the doorstep of one of Europe’s finest golf courses, within an exclusive wider complex offering 24 hour security, this home however offers flawless tranquillity and seclusion, harmonising with the nature all around it.
Up to six guests (with the option of two further guests upon request) can be accommodated across three immaculately finished bedrooms and three bathrooms at Villa Fausto. Clever design offers both privacy along with glass fronted façades, with a pristine stretch of lawn, chic timber clad pool side terrace adorned with elegant loungers; outdoor living executed so gracefully.
The interiors at Villa Fausto are awe-inspiring in their strikingly understated, yet effective, blend of comfort and simplicity. A stunning open-plan lounge offers generous proportions, white-washed clapboard finishes and an impeccable light quality. A modern fireplace, exposed granite chimney breast and long walnut dining table add to the tone of understated style; separate spaces are seamlessly integrated and beautiful solid timber flooring, and flawless attention to detail throughout the five star hotel grade suites offer a truly unique and memorable environment for a group or family to enjoy the coast.
The sandy beach extension offers a 500 m stroll to the sea, where visitors can dolphins majestically in their natural habitat, whilst back at the villa, the glistening private pool and serene, calm and welcoming interiors envelope guests within an environment that is something really rather special!
