Located on the luxurious Sublime Comporta resort, everything around you was designed to reduce its impact on nature and live in harmony with its surrounding environment. With sublime garden views, you’ll be sure to see the numerous animals that call Sublime Comporta home.
Offering ample space, a stay at La Cabana III feels like you have the place to yourself even when sharing with several others. Sleeping quarters are divided across two wings of the property, each with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks, rainfall showers and freestanding bathtubs. Each room has an adjoining patio which offers relaxed views over the grounds and gardens.
In the main house, you have a spacious living area complete with widescreen TV and high-speed internet as well as a modern kitchen with a dining area. Each room of the villa is decorated with luxurious elegance reminiscent of Comporta’s traditional cabanas.
Outside, you have a large wrap-around terrace that offers an outdoor dining space. The swimming pool of La Cabana III is easily its crowning glory as the lengthy pool is perfect for idling days away in the sun.
Although La Cabana III has everything you need to make yourself at home during your stay, don’t let it stop you from exploring the rest of Sublime Comporta. With a world-class spa, two more swimming pools, sports facilities and a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants, there’s always something to do or somewhere to go.
For beach days, Sublime Comporta provides guests with its own beach club just ten minutes away on Carvalhal beach. The beach club has all you need to enjoy a day away on the sands with its own restaurant, bar, sun loungers and parasols to use.

Each La Cabana III Villa has an area of 230m2 + 7,000m2 of outdoor area, a private pool and includes three bedrooms (one master and two standard suites), each with its own separate entrance, private terrace and ensuite bathroom. With floor-to-ceiling windows maximizing the stunning views of the property, the large living room includes a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom as well as a beautiful, suspended, indoor fireplace.

About the surrounding area of La Cabana IIILa Cabana III is located on the luxurious Sublime Comporta resort, just a short hop away from sleepy Comporta village on Portugal’s west coast. Holidays in this idyllic seaside spot are highly sought after thanks to the relaxed nature of its residents and unspoiled beauty.
In Comporta you can spend time visiting a wide assortment of shops, bars and restaurants that offer a friendly welcome to all. Or, you can spend your days on the beach, as although Carvalhal is the only beach with a beach club just for you, there are plenty more beaches in the area to try out during your stay. Praia do Pego has received the prestigious Blue Flag award, marking it as having unspoiled sands and calm, clean waters to swim in.
Nearby, golf lovers can try their luck at one of Portugal’s many excellent golf courses. For Comporta, the course of choice is the world-class Troia Golf, designed by renowned golf architect Robert Trent Jones Senior.
Further afield, lively Lisbon is only 90 minutes to the north, promising a day of history and culture to all visitors. To the east, also 90 minutes away, is Alentejo, the highly-respected wine region famous for its delectable red wines.

THE REGION
Comporta is surrounded by rice paddies, the ocean, sand dunes and pine forests. It's a unique place where you can connect with nature and live in the moment. Comporta has a rhythm and an ambience that are all it's own. This wild and unspoilt part of Portugal attracts an in-the-know international crowd, including renowned artists, designers, and A-listers.
Comporta has a remarkable diversity of natural systems with long stretches of beach, windswept dunes, scenic pine forests, salt marshes and rice paddies which become a vibrant green in June. The region is also characterized by rice fields and its main attraction, the Comporta beach: 20 kilometres of uninterrupted white sand, a beach lover’s paradise.
As with the rest of Portugal, you can expect sun-blessed weather year-round in Comporta. The best months of the year to visit Comporta for long beach stays are from June to September, while the spring and autumn months are still suitable for picnics or day trips.

Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesOlder kids are well-catered for at La Cabana III with plenty of activities both on and off-site for them to enjoy. At the cabana itself, high-speed internet is included as standard so kids can still enjoy their favourite games and shows on the go.
Around the resort, kids can participate in wellness-based activities like yoga or get out and take in the nature around them. Bike rental is available across the resort with woodland trails set up and marked to explore. Comporta is also well-known for its large and vibrant bird population, making it a birdwatcher’s paradise.
You can head into town, where kids can enjoy shopping or hit the beach where the waters are ideal for surfing and snorkelling.
Not only is nature in abundance around Sublime Comporta, there are also plenty of spots in and around the area to see even more. Hiking trails and walking paths take you through the local ecology to see the different animals who call the area home. About an hour away is the Sado Estuary Nature Reserve, which offers a 30-acre haven to numerous species of plants and animals. Out on the water, there are regular boat trips which will take your family dolphin watching along the shore.
And don’t miss out on the chance to head into Lisbon at least once, where kids will be spoiled for choice in the capital city. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser, however, is the Lisbon Oceanarium, which is Europe’s largest indoor aquarium.

The indoor Pool is for the exclusive use of adults aged 18 years or older except during children’s happy hour between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
