The villa offers a delightful interior, welcoming guests on the ground floor with a lovely open-plan living-dining area. With beautiful tiled floors, an open fireplace, traditional pillars and beautifully intricate Portuguese tiling on the walls this inviting space is perfect for entertaining. A series of doors open onto the sunny terrace, ensuring natural light floods in from outside. From here a delightful kitchen awaits any budding chefs eager to cook up some local delicacies.
The bedrooms here at Casa Regal are calm relaxing spaces, with bright neutral décor and lovely splashes of colour. One double room resides on the ground floor and the other three can be found upstairs. The master bedroom also benefits from a lovely sun-drenched balcony.
The outside terrace is a lovely spot to soak up the Portuguese sun. With an outdoor pool, you’ll love to enjoy warm afternoons cooling off before relaxing on one of the sun loungers. There is also a BBQ and dining table, ensuring you maximise the long evenings eating al fresco and watching the sun fade on another beautiful day.

THE REGION
Set on a curving turquoise bay just 40 km south of Lisbon, Sesimbra is both an attractive fishing town and a popular tourist resort within easy reach of the capital. Sesimbra is one of the finest beach resorts in Portugal. It is adored by the Portuguese who flock to the region for their holidays, drawn by the pristine beached, relaxed atmosphere and outstanding seafood restaurants.
Near Sesimbra, there are the beaches of the Arrábida Natural Park, which are considered among the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. The most famous one is Praia do Figueirinha, a long sandy shore kissed by calm and crystalline waters.

Amazing time
Booking process simple and well informed. The manager was helpful allowing us to check in earlier. The villa was clean and spacious. Perfect for a family holiday. Good sized pool we all really enjoyed our stay. The beach only 10 mins drive with nice restaurants and shops.

Excellent experience
We stayed for a week a family with children and the house is just as it appears in the photos. Fantastic fully equipped kitchen as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. Swimming pool in perfect condition. A very pleasant and recommendable stay.
