Deluxe Ancao is a recently built villa of high standard! It has a modern interior with a beautiful garden and a roof terrace that offers stunning views of the sea. It’s situated between the popular resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, where there is something for everyone !

The ground floor has an open plan living and dining area, with a comfortable sofa and chair around the flat-screen television. This main room has a beautiful contemporary design and is the ideal place for hanging out with your guests, relaxing and enjoying some food! There is a formal dining table in the same space, and then there is an open kitchen with plenty of workspace. This kitchen has been fully equipped with modern appliances and includes an American fridge freezer. With this room designed so openly, everyone can be included in the conversation even if they’re cooking. From the living room, there are large sliding doors that lead out to the terrace, opening the room to natural light throughout the day.

There are four bedrooms in the villa, a master suite with a king-size bed, a double bedroom and two twin rooms. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, except for the master suite which has a double shower. The rooms are serene and comfortable, offering you the ideal location to rest your head after the day exploring what Portugal has to offer. The rooms are neutral in colour and minimal in décor, making them suitable for any guest. Additionally, they have storage for your belongings.

The master suite has access to a private balcony that grants the beautiful views of the sea, and the double bedroom on the ground floor has a sliding door that leads out to the pool terrace. These two rooms have stunning natural light thanks to these sliding doors, and the twin rooms have a window to the front of the house that still allows that light to fill the room.

When you exit out into the garden, you’ll find a lovely well-kept grass area, and a terrace with seating areas, in addition to the large swimming pool with sun loungers to the side of it. There is a glass barrier between the terrace and the pool, so any kids on the terrace won’t be able to fall into the pool, and there are roman steps leading into the pool for safe entry and exits. The villa has a BBQ so you can enjoy the ultimate summer food al fresco thanks to two outdoor dining areas, one under the cover of the terrace and one in the open!

Deluxe Ancao is in The Algarve region of Portugal and has some wonderful coastline towns around it that are certainly worth exploring, depending on the type of holiday you’re seeking. With a hired car or even navigating public transport, you can travel to some of the popular locations as well as the more laid-back ones.
Faro is one of those laid-back cities that is often overlooked! It is a charming, traditional Portuguese city filled with culture and history. With a trip to Faro, you could see the Bone Chapel or the Gothic Cathedral! This portion of
Faro is not a resort town, it’s very much a residential city with some gems to be explored! In addition to the authentic portions of Faro, there is the more modern portion of Faro where you’ll find a variety of restaurants and bars.

For family holidays and beach holidays, we cannot recommend Vilamoura enough! It has some spectacular beaches with seas safe for swimming in! Along the beaches you’ll have beachfront cafés and restaurants, so you won’t have to search far for food and drink! These beaches also offer various water sports for families, and if you are interested in these then a beach trip can easily take up an entire day! Moreover, it has a selection of 18-hole golf courses, making it a popular location for golfers! One of these courses is called The Victoria, which is used for the Portugal Masters!

With further travel you can experience Albufeira, which is the livelier location. Split into two different areas, you have The Old Town and The Strip (New Town). In the Strip, you’ll find the bars including themed bars, and nightclubs! It’s the perfect location for parties! The nightlife is vibrant and has the option to enjoy a few drinks while the sun is shining as well. When you visit the Old Town, you’ll find the historic centre with traditional shops and restaurants. Additionally, there are two beautiful beaches here.

Deluxe Ancao offers kids a contemporary holiday home with access to a television and wi-fi throughout the property. These features mean that even when you need the kids to entertain themselves during free time or perhaps when the weather isn’t ideal, they can do so with home comforts provided by their own devices or the television.

Additionally, with a lovely garden as well as a large private swimming pool, the kids have got the option to splash and play in the pool or have picnics and play games on the grass! There is plenty of fun to be had at the villa itself, and there is the addition of the beach being less than a 10-minute walk away from the villa. Head down to the beautiful sandy beach and have a family fun day out!

If you want to experience some other beaches, then Vilamoura is a nearby town with great beaches as well as beachside restaurants and shops! Additionally, you’ll find popular water parks nearby such as Slide and Splash and Zoomarina!

Security deposit £800 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes, included in the rental price.Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.

Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of £550 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
