An enchanting and timeless villa located in the bustling region of Vale do Lobo, Villa Bispo allows guests to deeply unwind in a minimalist yet intriguing property. The exterior of this villa maintains a peach colour scheme, seen by the matching walls and tiles. This space is also home to a considerable swimming pool that also offers guests a spectacular landscape that sits before them. There is also a broad porch area that is equipped with multiple outdoor seating arrangements. In turn, guests are free to sit back, relax, and become more mindful of their blissful surroundings whilst on holiday.
Moving inside the property, you will first see the expansive and off-beat living area. This area is truly remarkable, making use of a variety of bright orange seating arrangements. These vibrant sofas are expertly contrasted with the plain white walls and off-white flooring. This also helps to create an attractive and striking contrast. Next to the living area is the combined kitchen/dining area, which adheres to a more simplistic theme. The kitchen uses a plethora of white cupboards and surfaces, helping to build a cohesive style throughout the space. Moreover, this area comes fully furnished so guests can prepare and serve a wide assortment of delicious meals whenever they please. The dining area uses a large table with a set of matching chairs, meaning that guests can enjoy every meal in a communal and desirable environment.
Travelling up to the first floor, this is where you’ll find three of the property’s bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a large double bed that is fitted with plump and decorative linens. Also, this room also leads out to an outdoor terrace, again giving amazing views of the nearby scenery. The second bedroom contains a pair of single beds and also gives access to the outdoor terrace. This room makes use of multiple natural light sources, offering guests a tranquil place to rest each night. The third room also uses a pair of single beds and follows a deep and rich purple colour scheme. Finally, the fourth bedroom uses a spacious double bed that also looks out upon the outdoor terrace located on the ground floor.

About the surrounding area of Villa BispoIn addition to Villa Bispo’s stunning features, this villa is also placed in the prime region of Vale do Lobo. This exquisite location attracts a wide selection of guests every year due to its energetic atmosphere and exhilarating attractions. If you are looking to explore the awe-inspiring landscape that Vale do Lobo has to offer, horse riding offers guests the chance to explore the region in an entirely unique way. Top Hipico is an acclaimed horse riding school in Algarve and is less than half an hour away from the centre of Vale do Lobo. During your time here, guests will travel around the magnificent landscape alongside a beautiful horse, allowing guests to see all of the sights with ease and grace. Each guest will also receive a safety briefing to ensure that both you and the horse feel safe and comfortable at all times. Prices for this activity are very reasonable with a 1-hour lesson costing just €30.
Vale do Lobo, as well as Portugal in general, is teeming with a rich history. Cappella dos Ossos, otherwise known as The Chapel of Bones, is around two and a half hours away but must not be missed if you are a lover of macabre European history. On the exterior, the chapel seems to follow the typical 19th-century style. However, when you enter inside, you will see the human remains cemented deep into the walls. This procedure was carried out during the 16th century because the graveyards were quickly becoming too full. As a result, the dead bodies were encased in the walls of the developing chapel.
Vale do Lobo is also well recognised for its premium golf courses, known as Vale do Lobo Royal Course and Vale do Lobo Ocean Course. Both of these courses are 18-holes, offering an authentic golfing experience for guests to enjoy. Plus, the courses include varying levels of difficulty and some of the most iconic views, allowing guests to truly revel in its glorious beauty. There is even an on-site restaurant that provides a range of freshly served food and beverages, meaning that guests can enjoy a delicious meal whilst taking in the views. An 18-hole course can be booked online in advance and costs just €125.

Best Suited For: All AgesVale do Lobo is ideal for children of all ages due to its varied range of family-friendly attractions. Zoomarine Algarve is located just over half an hour away from Vale do Lobo, offering a plethora of marine life for children to explore. This high-end oceanographic park contains a selection of pirate and Jurassic themed roller coasters as well as dolphin shows. Thus, children can meander through the park and revel in the fantastic attractions available. There are even a few restaurants available on-site to ensure that the family does not go hungry when enjoying their time in the park. Zoomarine Algarve is open from 10 am till 6 pm, and tickets cost just €19 each when purchased online.
For families with a need for speed, Hot Wheels is a spectacular indoor racing track that gives children the opportunity to live out their Formula 1 fantasies. The indoor racecourse is just over half an hour away from the centre of Vale do Lobo. At this amazing course, guests will have the option to drive a 20cc or a 400cc kart around a state-of-the-art track. As standard, guests will receive a safety briefing before they start racing on the track to give them better peace of mind. Prices for this type of activity are fairly reasonable, with a 10-minute race costing just €15 each. However, it should be mentioned that Hot Wheels has a few entry requirements. Firstly, guests must be over the age of 12 in order to take part. Plus, they must also be 1.4m tall and over in order to be accepted onto the track.
Parque Aventura is one of Portugal’s most popular attractions, allowing children to dive into a plethora of high-adrenaline activities. The park consists of an immersive high ropes course as well as a paintball field. The high ropes course is available in three different types of difficulty and gives children the opportunity to explore the landscape at a pace they feel comfortable with. As for the paintballing field, children will be shown around the field beforehand to eliminate any uncertainty. Entrance fees for both activities are extremely reasonable, with the high ropes course starting at €13 and the paintballing starting at €18.
