Located in Quinta do Salinas, this recently renovated villa boasts a beautifully landscaped garden and pool in a sought-after area. Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the stunning beaches, vibrant bars, and delightful restaurants of Quinta do Lago Beach. For added safety, the property features a pool safety fence.
The villa itself has undergone recent modernization and features four tastefully decorated and well-furnished bedrooms, providing high-quality accommodation. Fully air-conditioned, the villa exudes character and is peacefully situated yet still within walking distance of the beach. Golf, tennis, restaurants, and shops are conveniently just a 5-minute drive away.
The spacious south-facing lounge and dining area provide a comfortable setting, complete with a log burner for cosy winter holidays. Entertainment options include a TV and DVD player. Patio doors lead to an expansive sun terrace overlooking the pool, perfect for al fresco dining and equipped with a barbecue. The brand-new modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a separate utility room with a freezer and washing machine.
The villa features four double/twin bedrooms and bath/shower rooms, offering ample storage space with plenty of wardrobes. The bedrooms are situated on both the ground floor and upper level. The generous master suite boasts a private terrace with distant sea views.
The exterior of the villa is tastefully landscaped, adorned with trees, flowers, and shrubs. The private swimming pool, measuring approximately 10 x 5 meters, is complemented by a sun terrace furnished with tables, chairs, and loungers. There is also an outdoor eating area.
Within a short walk or a few minutes drive, you'll find a variety of dining options, bars, and recreational facilities, including tennis courts, a sports centre, a shopping centre, and a golf centre with a driving range and mini-golf.

- Quinto do Lago, the neighbouring resort is famous for its golf courses, so why not pack your clubs!
- There is a pool safety fence available, that we would recommend for younger children staying
- Maid service is provided three days a week, with bed and towel changes once a week. Beach towels are available at the villa for your convenience

Best Suited For: All AgesCasa Carlita is perfectly designed for families with children of all ages. Outdoors there is a spacious lawn with room to run and play, as well as the large private swimming pool that proves popular with kids and adults alike! There is a pool safety fence available, ideal for keeping younger children safe. Within the villa itself, the open-plan layout and relaxed, homely furnishings create the feel of a home-away-from-home, ideal for families.
The Quinta das Salinas resort has everything you need to entertain both younger and older children, with water sports at the beach, as well as kid friendly restaurants and activates in the town. Located walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants, there is no need to load your family in and out of a car everyday!
Whilst the owners cannot provide any baby equipment, our Concierge team can help you hire this through a local company called Little Rascals Algarve.
