Villa Nadalia holds a fantastic location in the village of Sesmarias, close to the lively tourist town of Carvoeiro. The property is situated near to the beach and close to a variety of excellent restaurants.

Villa Nadalia perfectly combines the relaxation of the quiet location with the fun of nearby tourist attractions, an excellent base elegantly furnished with spacious bedrooms and multiple spaces for entertaining the whole family indoors.

On entering the villa, guests are greeted with the impressive entrance hall complete with marble staircase. The ground floor entertaining space is nice and bright and comprises of a spacious living room, dining room and modern fitted kitchen complete with breakfast bar.

Villa Nadalia can comfortably accommodate up to six guests across three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are twin rooms and are situated on the ground floor alongside a family bathroom. Upstairs, is the master suite which boasts a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace.

Outside, the children will enjoy splashing around in the fabulous private pool. The terrace comes complete with dining facilities, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining on a warm evening. The adults and big kids will enjoy spending evenings in the games room which boasts a pool table, darts board and table tennis.

Villa Nadalia offers the ideal combination of luxury set in a peaceful position within a popular area of the Algarve that has a lot to offer regarding beautiful beaches, nearby attractions and exciting nature. The property is perfect for families, providing facilities and activities for all ages and interests.


NOTE: Driveway extremely steep. The gate is not working and the owner leaves this because the driveway is too steep and not for use.

Sesmarias is a small village close to one of the most popular resorts in the Algarve: Carvoeiro. Once just a tiny village, today it has grown into a lively resort with all the amenities visitors could need, including supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Carvoeiro has plenty of attractions for the whole family, including some of the most beautiful golf courses, equitation centres, tennis facilities, water parks, zoo marine and the chance to participate in a range of different water sports.

The coastline with its cliffs and coves, are some of the most beautiful you can find in Algarve, offering the chance to explore the whole coast from the sea with fun boat excursions that go from Portimão´s harbour and that can allow you to visit the century-old caves.

This area offers something even for those more passionate about land than the sea, as going inland will present you with the Monchique and Foia mountains, at the highest point standing at more than 900 m high. THE REGION

Carvoeiro has always been known for its beautiful coastline, adorned with cliffs, coves and incredible sandy beaches stretching all the way along to Albufeira. These days, however, there is a lot more going on in this charming town than just waves hitting the sand (although that’s certainly still a highlight).

In the past few years Carvoeiro has developed to accommodate for the growing number of tourists who are curious to see what the fuzz is all about, and the town continues to get livelier and livelier each summer. While it has kept its character and remains exquisitely peaceful, there are also plenty of modern amenities and loads of exciting activities in the area. The only thing Carvoeiro won’t provide is a good party, but there are other parts of the Algarve which are perfect for that.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit A €50 damage waiver is included in the rental price to help you enjoy a peaceful stay. The waiver provides a limited damage cover in case of any damage to the property or its contents (except in the case of deliberate or reckless acts) up to the value of €1,500. Above €1,500, claims will be made to recoup the extra charges incurred to repair any damage. Please enquire if you wish to know more information.
