Overview
Malhao is a peaceful, countryside location though very close to the action of Vilamoura and Albufeira. It is easily apparent when you arrive at the wonderful Casa Ceu that designers have had a hand in not only the arrangement of the rooms but also the furnishings and stunning artwork and sculptures giving this villa a wonderful contemporary feel. Everything from the handpicked mirrors and wooden sculptures gives you that indulgent holiday home feel. With 3 beautiful bedrooms, Casa Ceu sleeps 6 guests. The villa is adjacent to our Casa Stella so you could book both villas for a large group. Certainly, the entertaining space in Casa Ceu is seriously impressive, giving you an easy scope to invite extra guests for the day or dinner.
With all of the rooms on one level, albeit there are a few steps down to the lower bedroom area, this is a great villa if you have anyone a little less mobile with you. The open plan living room is splendid, so light and airy with white contemporary furnishings and plenty of space. For your entertainment, there is satellite TV, Playstation, DVD, a CD player and Bluetooth speaker. Doors open to the covered front terrace. The living area flows to a games room with a quality pool table. The kitchen is wonderful with everything you would wish for. Again it is modern and extremely well fitted.
The lower bedroom area is stunning, again mostly in dazzling white. There are two spacious double rooms, both with immaculate, contemporary ensuite bathrooms and both directly leading to a terrace and the garden. The twin bedroom has an equally impressive ensuite shower room and direct access to the terrace.
Although the interior is absolutely divine, you are bound to spend most of your time in the delightful garden. There is a games area with table tennis and covered alfresco dining with a built-in barbecue. The lawns overlook the rural vista and are decked with sun loungers and deck chairs. It is very easy to find a shady corner here if you have had enough of the sun. The main pool is large at 15.5m x 6.9m, and the solar heated children’s pool is 4.5m x 3.9m. There are steps up to a lovely roof terrace where you can admire the fabulous, far-reaching views.
