Villa Bejanis is set up as three separate apartments, each with their own kitchen and living-dining area. All of the kitchens equipped with the necessary amenities to rustle up a lovely homecooked meal for everyone to enjoy. The first ground floor apartment and the first floor apartment both have two twin bedrooms and one bathroom each, while the second ground floor apartment boasts three twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. This set up is perfect for groups looking to have a little privacy while travelling as part of a larger group.
Within the grounds, Villa Balcarha boasts a gorgeous private swimming pool and a surrounding terrace with plenty of sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is also a roof terrace with additional outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the countryside views. The large barbecue area is great for those nights that you don't feel like venturing out and fancy a lovely homecooked meal in the comfort of your own surroundings.

All of the amenities you could need, including a supermarket, a bakery, a restaurant, a bar and a café are within 2km of the villa. With these amenities being so close to the villa, this is the perfect location for those who would like a private villa in a beautiful residential area, but who would like easy access to so many amenities. You can try some of the many delicacies available inthe cafes, restaurants and shops or pick up some beautiful Portuguese food to take it back to the villa to cook up a storm.
For those that might like something a little different, there are many activities for everyone to enjoy within close proximity of the villa. These include: Praia do Castelo, the Marina, an 18-hole golf course, a surf school, minigolf, a riding stable, a children’s playground. What’s more, the nearby attractions such as Zoomarine, Krazy World, Fiesa Sand Sculptures, Aqualand and Slide and Splash are all within driving distance.
Monchique is about 48km away from the villa, if you and your guests love being out in the countryside, there are an abundance of different hiking paths in the area. With all of these attractions and things to do, there is something for everyone near to Villa Bejanis.

THE REGION
Albufeira is one of the Algarve’s top hotspots. It’s a charismatic beach town with an energetic and busy vibe where every type of holidaymaker can find something to enjoy. Not only is it family friendly and bursting with great activities for kids and teens, there is also a buzzing nightlife scene on the downtown strip for adults travelling on their own.
If you’re after something a bit more cultural, there is also a beautiful Old Town where all the best restaurants and historical sites can be found. Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Bejanis offers ample room for families or a large group, with a private terrace and swimming pool, the children will be entertained for hours. If the children do want to get out, then the beach and the village of Evaristo are both only 1km away.
Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance, ideal for families who would like an evening out which isn’t too far away. There are a number of different walks in the surrounding area, so you can take in the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the adventure a new walk inevitably brings. The private swimming pool is a gold-mine for this villa and will provide hours of entertainment for the children. There is ample room for everyone outside, making it easier for the children to enjoy the pool, while the adults either relax around the pool, or jump right in with the children!
With the choice of three living rooms, there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax after busy days out, or if you just need a break from the Portuguese sunshine. There is also Wi-Fi available, ensuring you can stay connected to home while you enjoy all that Portugal has to offer.

En stort hus med deilig svmmebasseng som passer god for en stor familie. Vi har vært veldig fornøyde med beliggendhet og oppholdet. Bedre møbler/madrasser/solcelepanel til oppvarming av varmt vann hadde hevet standard, og det er ikke aircondition i huset. Negativt med krav om 1000 euro i cash som despositum ved ankomst.

Villa perfetta per noi
La villa era perfetta per noi che eravamo in 13. Lo spazio era sufficiente e la casa era dotata di ogni comfort. La zona perfetta per muoversi nella zona dell Algarve. Piscina molto bella. Alcune cose in casa erano rotte e ci è stato comunicato solo al momento del check in.
