Retaining its historic origin, you’ll find the villa’s finished spaces are kitted out with superior contemporary designs and décor. Villa Cetinje will see to it that your stay is as exquisite as you deserve upon a getaway! The stone villa is perched right at the shorefront, providing both a cool breeze to waft around the estate, as well as vast panoramic vistas! Through the windows, archways and glass doors, the sun is allowed to freely bask the house in natural light, highlighting the elegant modern furnishings and finishes throughout the interior. The exterior, with its wooden roofs and stone patio, continues the combination of old and new to present an immaculate place to truly take in the sights, sounds and smells of the bay!
Indoors, guests can relax in the comfortable lounge area, with ample seating for the entire group to get together and enjoy each other’s company. A jazzy décor creates the ideal setting as you & your guests watch a movie on the television, or warm up by the fireplace and have a tender evening of conversations & laughter. The ground floor is also home to a library, so feel free to kick back and get lost in plenty of plots.
Foods and meals can be prepared in the fully-equipped charming kitchen, with everything you need to ensure you have all the tools you expect in a homely kitchen! Serve feasts on the dining table that can accommodate all ten guests.
Five double bedrooms are set across two floors above the ground level. Able to host ten guests, the first and second floors share the use of two superb bathrooms for refreshment and rejuvenation! Villa Centije even offers a children's playroom on the second floor to keep your kids entertained!
Outside, guests can enjoy the sunshine and stupendous views! A choice of views and special backdrops offer a sublime alfresco dining experience. This outdoor dining area, could be mistaken for a snazzy patio and is furnished with sun-loungers for a spot of sunbathing! Guests even have the luxury of private sea access, so you can have wonderful and refreshing time, splashing in the cooling relief of the Adriatic!

Relax in the tranquillity of quieter beaches along the shore fronts where fewer crowds and more space guarantee a Zen filled chill-out session on the shores. Many of the beaches and bays offer experiences to explore the sea, such as boat tours, diving and snorkelling and even jet-skiing. From Villa Centije, guests may even be able to hire a speedboat for an excursion across the waters!
Known for its uninhibited natural beauty, you will be enticed to explore its majesty from your first step on this lush land! Take hikes and tours through the fjord-like cliffs in the area and to mountains such as Lovcen or get lost in the winding roads of Kotor Old Town. Or, head over to Tivat to see how the other half lives in the glitzy and glamorous Port! About the Bay of Kotor
The Bay of Kotor, or Boka, has been a World Heritage Site since 1979, so be assured of its captivating scenery that includes; a Venetian old town, a Fortress, Roman Mosaics, churches and a glistening cove that all culminate to provide guests with an exceptional holiday destination.
Sailing through the fjord you will notice the Orjen Mountains along the west, and the Lovćen Mountain range curling around the east, which outline this spellbinding landscape. As you enter through the bay you are greeted by a man-made islet that is home to Our Lady of the Rocks Church and a museum. This is the first of many reminders that you are about to reach a region of Montenegro that is famed for its natural scenery and poignant architecture.
The Bay of Kotor is made up of four cornerstones - Lastva, Morinj, Stoliv and the most renowned Tivat. Within these villages you are able to find iconic landmarks such as St Petka Church and St Mary’s Church, or for something a little less pious; simply enjoy Tivat Marina and Gornji Stoliv’s Olive grove & Fig orchard.
Travel inland and strap on a pair of hiking boots as you explore Lovcen National Park. Although it is about an hours drive from the Bay, it really is worth the day trip! Whether you’re travelling with a Botanists, Ecologist, Entomologist or Zoologist; they will be pleased to know that there’s an immeasurable number of species that include birds, insects, bears, wolves and some breath-taking flora & fauna.
We urge holidaymakers to make the most of Kodor! This charming town has everything you need to forget the day-to-day tribulations of home life. Not only does this small medieval refuge have a host of cafes & restaurants, but there are some must see attractions like the Maritime Museum, the Cats Museum of Kotor, Cats of Kotor Shop and St. John’s Hill. Tourists who are British Citizens will not require a visa upon arrival, unless their stay lasts longer than 90 days. Please check Entry Requirements before departure.
Getting ThereSveti Stefan, Bar & Ulcinj are served by Tivat Airport and Podgorica Airport. Please note that Tivat is a smaller International Airport, which can experience overcrowding in Peak Season. Due to its proximity to Orjen & Lovćen Mountains, flights are sometimes re-directed to Podgorica Airport or cancelled in the case of bad weather.

Direct flights are available from London on Montenegro Airlines, easyJet, TUI, Ryanair and many others. Chartered flights are also available from several other UK airports.
From Dubrovnik, Croatia:
Connecting flights are available from Dubrovnik Airport to Podgorica Airport.
By Bus:
GetByBus operates from Dubrovnik, Tivat and Podgorica to Sveti Stefan, Bar & Ulcinj. Journeys can take up to 4 hours and 45 minutes.

Kids can surf the web to stream films, music or browse. Best of all, this villa provides awesome vistas, kids can use them as backdrops for stunning family photos and selfies that can be instantly uploaded to social media sites!
A fully-equipped kitchen sees to it that when children require a nibble, a meal can be prepared! The inclusion of all the things you can expect at home helps with dietary needs and you can buy groceries and goods from nearby supermarkets to store here and grab whenever you want!
The addition of a children's playroom on the top floor speaks to the family orientation the Owners had in mind for the villa and will see your little ones have fun! Alongside this room lies a double bedroom, with four beneath on the floor below. Guests have use of three bathrooms across the ground and first floors!
Kids will enjoy the spectacular scenes outdoors and the comfort of lounging in the beautiful Montenegro weather in the sun! Get off the sun-loungers and make your way to the private bay for some splashy fun, accessed by stairs.
The beaches will surely make for the best days out with the family! Hire sun-bed and parasols and kick-back as you gaze at little ones having fun and splashing in the water. Most beaches in the area can accommodate children, such as Savina and Baby Beach showcase the crystalline, shallow gentle waters that surround the shores and make the sea accessible for all! Alongside the beaches on the promenade and to the Old Town, families have the options of international or native dishes!
