Resplendent throughout in luxurious peach and russet tones, this glorious first-floor accommodation sleeps up to six guests across three stylish bedrooms and promises guests a relaxing and magical city break to remember.

Featuring a spacious open plan living/dining area, Apartment Ariana is the perfect place to come together with friends and family to explore the incredible city of venice. Large windows flood the apartment with light, and showcase incredible views, while the sumptuous sofas and elegant furnishings, whitewashed wooden ceiling timbers, and handsomely crafted decorative accents work together to create a cosy, high-end ambience. The apartment’s modern dining suite seats up to six guests and offers a luxurious spot to sit and enjoy each other’s company, while feasting on delicious rustic fare rustled up in the well-equipped kitchen. Bursting with top-quality integrated appliances, the kitchen space offers ample room for food preparation, and is complete with a stylish breakfast bar area with stool seating for two guests.

Apartment Ariana’s three spacious bedrooms are decorated to the same incredibly high specification, in shades of russet and ochre, and featuring soft and comfortable beds that promise guests a relaxing and restful night’s sleep. The glorious master bedroom has oriental-style lanterns and a custom-made wardrobe, as well as benefiting from a small dressing room and an ensuite with luxurious walk-in shower facilities. The apartment’s second double bedroom is just as sumptuous and features a mirror and fret-work fronted wardrobe for storing your luggage during your stay, and a handy in-built desk/study area - ideal for catching up with your correspondence or keeping an eye on social media! Apartment Ariana’s third bedroom features two single sofa beds and a rustic timbered ceiling - it’s the perfect room for kids or perhaps older teens. This bedroom is just as beautifully presented and is luxuriously decorated in Lewis & Wood’s Rococo wallpaper, for an elegant and classy touch. Guests staying in the apartment’s second and third bedrooms share a large, modern bathroom with walk-in shower facilities, and the apartment also benefits from a separate guest WC for your convenience.

Apartment Ariana is located within easy walking distance of one of the most vibrant and exciting parts of Venice and enjoys a central location with an upmarket vibe. Guests staying here are close to some beautiful wide-open green spaces, well-stocked supermarkets, a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants, and of course some iconic historical sights. The apartment is just a short distance from St. Mark’s Square, one of the most famous piazzas in all of Italy, and which Napoleon once called the ‘drawing room of Europe’. This incredibly beautiful spot is an absolute must-see while you are in Venice, and it is here that you’ll find the famous St. Mark’s Basilica, the jewel of the square and undoubtedly one of the most beautiful churches you’ll ever see.

The basilica is full of stunning mosaics, relics of St. Mark himself, and perhaps most famous of all, the four bronze horses (that are actually made of copper!). Tours of the church interior are free of charge, but it is worth knowing that queues to enter this popular attraction can exceed 45 minutes at peak times, so Oliver recommends showing up early!

If you want to enjoy one of the most iconic views in all of Venice head to Campanile San Marco, a fantastic vantage point for looking out over the Doge’s Palace, the basilica, and the Venetian Lagoon. Unlike some of the tower views in Italy, this one requires you to simply take an elevator to the top, rather than climbing hundreds of stairs - bonus!

For an afternoon of people-watching, refreshments and relaxation, you couldn’t be in a better place, as there are several beautiful little cafes in the piazza, all serving excellent coffee and delicious pastries - often served with a side order of live music. Oliver recommends visiting Caffe Florian while you are here, which opened its doors in 1720 and is thought to be the oldest cafe in Europe. Enjoying an authentic Italian coffee in a 300-year-old cafe while overlooking a 1000-year-old church is certainly a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

It’s hard to spend time in St. Mark’s Square without noticing the impressive St. Mark’s Clocktower, with its stunning blue face and gold zodiac symbols. To truly appreciate this 500-year-old masterpiece, we highly recommend booking a guided tour to enjoy the inside of this fascinating building.

Apartment Ariana is located within easy walking distance of all the attractions, cafes and eateries that the city has to offer, and is spacious enough that a family of five can enjoy a fantastic city break without having to worry about hiring a car or taking public transport - although we definitely recommend taking a gondola ride or two!

It’s unsurprising that a city on water is going to pose some challenges to parents with young children, but most places in Venice are child-friendly and with a bit of forward-planning nothing is insurmountable. A great feature of Venice that appeals to parents is that it is car-free, with plenty of areas where the kids can roam freely and enjoy all of the attractions that this unique city has to offer. If you are visiting with very young children, Oliver recommends bringing a baby carrier rather than having to struggle on and off of water buses or lugging prams and pushchairs up and down bridges and streets, as not all areas are accessible via ramp.

Security deposit €700 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Extra €150, to be charged to Oliver's Travels with final balance. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 3 nights (may be longer in peak periods).
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Tax There is a city tax due to be paid locally which is not included in the rental rate. The amount will be confirmed by your onsite representative when you arrive.
