Located on the Tuscan hills and surrounded by Italian cypresses, this picturesque villa offers a peaceful retreat from the stresses of everyday life. Nestled in the countryside, Villa Pittoresca boasts panoramic views of rolling hills and Monte Cetona, the namesake of the nearby medieval village.

Terracotta tiles, stone walls and large open windows give the interior of this villa an authentic but homey feel. The four cosy bedrooms, spread over two floors, each have it's own en-suite, providing convenience and privacy. There are two living rooms, one of which has a fireplace and warm ambience - ideal for those evenings in. Feeling hungry? The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools to create a delicious meal you can enjoy in the dining room.

From the kitchen, you can step outside to Arne traditional loggia, equipped with outdoor seating and an al fresco dining area. The huge well-kept garden is ideal for evening strolls, dotted with cypress trees and pretty foliage. Admire sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside while sunbathing or swimming in the crystal-clear pool.

A thirty-five-minute drive from the villa will take you to Lake Trasimeno, the perfect place for those who love being out in nature. A boat ride is a great way to explore the lake and its three islands, including Isola Maggiore, home to a quaint fishing village. History buffs can visit the ancient Etruscan ruins of Castiglione del Lago and the medieval fortress of Rocca del Leone. The lake's scenic shores provide an excellent location for picnics, and there are plenty of restaurants offering mouth-watering seafood dishes. Enjoy your meal while taking in the breathtaking scenery as a beautiful backdrop.

Adventurous travellers will love hiking or cycling through the forests nearby this villa, following the trails which lead to high points that provide incredible views of the area. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €300 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection. A deposit of €600 is required for groups under 21 years of age.
Arrival time 4.00 - 8.00 p.m
Departure time 8.00 - 10:00 a.m
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday. All other changeover days on request.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Yes.
Energy costs included? Included up to 100kW. Excess charged at €0.40 per kWh.
Heating costs included? Extra cost, payable locally.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a cleaning fee of €50 per stay will apply (payable locally).
Smoking Allowed? Not allowed.
Tax Italian Visitors Tax payable locally in cash (typically costs €1-€10 per adult per night - please enquire if exact amount is required).
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Pool opening dates? The pool is open approximately from beginning-May to end-September. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
