Overview
La Chiesetta, best known as the "house with a view", is an independent hilltop villa suitable for 4/5 people. Originally a Church of the Castello Monte, it has now been restored into a beautiful little cottage with private pool.
During the restoration, care was taken to preserve the original style using only the original stonework. All the external features have been designed to replicate the original design.
The cottage is independent but it is not isolated. The Hamlet of Castello Monte, with the same owners, is close by and in case of need, the housekeeper of the Hamlet will assist guests at La Chiesetta.
What you should know…
- Walking down hillside track to Greve village may be quicker than a road detour by car
- Wi-Fi is available but only in the communal areas of the neighbouring hamlet

Property Features
The Cottage has a garden entrance; it has a charming living/dining-room with corner kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in front of the satellite TV. In addition guests have access to a bathroom with shower.
Wooden steps to mezzanine with two double bedrooms, which are air conditioned.
The cottage has an enchanting private garden with pergola, making it the perfect to enjoy al fresco dining. There are plenty of sunny and shady spot, guest can relax sunbeds by the private swimming pool.

About the surrounding area of La ChiesettaLa Chiesetta is situated in a quiet location between Florence and Siena, nestled deep in vineyards and olive groves. It offers beautiful, extensive views over the surrounding landscape of Chiantishire.
It has been recently restored, preserving the original architectural and period features with ancient stones and materials.
All guests can participate in organized mountain-bike tours, recommended shopping in the outlets, cooking lessons, wine tasting tours, guided tours in groups or individual tours with a private driver. We also have facilities at the nearby "Ugolino Golf Club" which is only 15 km away from Greve.

- Greve in Chianti: 10 km (can also be reached by 15 minutes downhill walk).

| Linen & towels included? | Yes. |
| Pets welcome? | On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €20 per pet per day will apply (payable locally). |
| End of stay cleaning included? | Extra €50, payable locally. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |

| Insurance | Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. |
