Villa Bei Giardini is situated on the outskirts of Tarquinia, making it the ideal base to explore the captivating city, which is also a Word Heritage site.

Inside the villa, you will find a big living room with a fireplace in its centre, great for evenings when you want to snuggle up with a book or watch TV. The interior has an authentic Italian style, with terracotta tiles, exposed wooden features, and comfortable furnishings giving it a homely feel. If you feel like a bite to eat, the modern kitchen has everything you need to cook up something delicious.

The exterior of this villa feels like an outdoor oasis. Take a dip in the heated pool, complete with an outdoor shower, or soak up the rays in one of the sun-loungers that surround it. The extra-large loggia provides the comfort of the indoors with the open-air space of the outdoors. Here you can indulge in meals al-fresco while enjoying the serene atmosphere. For those seeking romantic moments of solitude, a smaller loggia, with lovely trellises framing the area, is situated at the rear of the villa.

From Villa Bei Gardini, you can access a lovely beach via a private road, in just a ten-minute drive. Explore the region's beautiful coastline, made up of sandy shoreline and rugged cliff sides dotted with bars and restaurants. If you want to make home-cooked meals back at the villa, the nearest supermarket is ten minutes away by car.

A gorgeous beach is easily accessible from Villa Bei Gardini through a private road and a mere ten-minute drive away. Villa Bei Gardini sits on the outskirts of Tarquinia, a charming city famous for its ancient history. Explore the tombs spread through the necropolis, which UNESCO recognises as a World Heritage site due to their significance in Etruscan history and culture. Marvel at the intricate frescoes and decorations that adorn their walls. In just half an hour, you can drive to Maremma Natural Park, an idyllic escape from city life. Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit A damage waiver is included in the rate to help you enjoy a peaceful stay. The waiver provides a limited damage cover in case of any damage to the property or its contents (except in the case of deliberate or reckless acts) up to the value of €1,000. Above €1,000 claims will be made to recoup the extra charges incurred to repair any damage.
Arrival time Between 4.00 - 8.00 p.m
Departure time Between 8.00 - 10.00 a.m.
Minimum stay 7 nights from mid-May to mid-September. 5 nights during all other periods.
Changeover day Saturday from mid-May to mid-September. Flexible during all other periods.
End of stay cleaning included? No. €300, paid with the balance. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Yes.
Energy costs included? Extra €0.45 per kw/h, payable locally.
Heating costs included? Extra cost, payable locally.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
Smoking Allowed? Not allowed.
Tax Italian Visitors Tax to be paid with balance (typically costs €1-€10 per adult per night - please enquire if exact amount is required).
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

Pool opening dates? The pool is open approximately from beginning-May to end-September. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
