Upon entering the Mansion, you immediately feel at ease. High cross-vaulted ceilings are not only an impressive traditional feature, but also allows for a fresh and spacious feeling to the house. Your eye is immediately drawn to the inviting lounge with large windows and doors leading out to the veranda and that all-inspiring view.

The kitchen is simple a delight. Well-equipped with modern features, and quirky add-ons. One is sure to enjoy preparing breakfast and light meals in this charming environment.

You will find two double en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor with the third double bedroom up a short flight of stairs, delighting its occupants with an uninterrupted view of the Caldera. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and two of the bedrooms can be converted to twin bedded rooms. The great design of the home offers easy access and a great indoor-outdoor flow, allowing you to enjoy the out-of-doors living

The Guest House is the perfect place to lay your hat, kick off your shoes and relax after a day on the beach or exploring the wonders of the island. It has its own easily accessible private entrance and the house consists of two levels.

Upon entry you will reach the double bedroom which has a light and airy feel. Quirky decorative touches, an en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and private verandah with el-fresco seating complete it perfectly.

Santorini is the most southern island of the Cyclades, lying between Ios and Anafi.

It covers an area of 96 square kilometers, and measures 18km from the northern to southern tip. Its width varies from 1,3 km at the narrowest point to 6 km at the widest. The permanent population of 13.000 people lives in 14 villages.It is situated 130 nautical miles from Piraeus in the north and 70 nautical miles from Crete in the South.

The west coast of Santorini ends in a steep precipice – known as a Caldera, which is 300 to 400 meters deep and up to 300 meters high. The cliffs surrounding Caldera range in height from 150 – 300 meters.

Theras villa is situated on the highest archipelago with views overlooking most of the island, including Aspronisi, Palea and Nea Kameni and Thirasea. The villa is positioned in an historical part of Fira. It takes approximately 10 minutes on foot along the most beautiful foot path to reach the centre of the capital of Santorini. Due to the size of the island the main touristic beaches and villages are within an easily managable, 5 - 20 kilometer radius.

Getting There

How to reach Santorini island

There are two ways to reach Santorini Island: either by flight or by ferry.

By plane: The airport of Santorini (JTR) is located in the region of Kamari that is 8 km far from Thira. Santorini island is one of the most popular Greek destinations, that is why many tourists arrive on the island with direct ferries from their country. Domestic flights are available too.

By ferry: The main port of Santorini is called Athinios (JTR) and is located 9 km outside of Thira. The trip from Piraeus can last from 5 hours (if you take a speed ferry) to 9 hours (if you prefer the conventional ferry). One more thing that you should keep in mind is that Santorini is connected through various routes to the most Cyclades islands. You can easily book your ferry tickets using the link below or the booking engine.
