Villa Melia is situated in an elevated position giving it beautiful views of the Ionian Sea. While the villas are peacefully located in the picturesque village of Spanochori, they are still close to amenities being just ten minutes away from the town of Lefkada. The villa is part of a small complex of five villas.
Inside, on the ground floor, the luxurious 2-bedroom villa boasts spacious open-plan living and dining accommodations with air conditioning and Wifi throughout. The fitted kitchen boasts granite surfaces and is fully equipped with all modern appliances. Also on this level is a bathroom and double bedroom. Upstairs is the second double bedroom with patio doors leading onto a balcony and a further bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub.
Outside, there is plenty of space to enjoy, with a large garden and private swimming pool with separate children's pool area. There is also a veranda covered with a wooden pergola and comfortable furniture, complete with a barbecue making it the perfect place for alfresco dining.
What you should know…
- The peaceful location of the villa is fantastic but we recommend using a car to explore the island as the beach and amenities of Lefkada and nearby villages are too far to reach on foot.
- We recommend taking a small torch with you as it might come in handy to help you find your way back to the villa of an evening!

Spanochоri is built mοstly аround twо rοads and is seаmlеsslу linked with Lazаrata village. The housеs are оld, οf stone blоcks, with wοodеn windоw сοvers аnd uniform yellоwish tilеs. The lifе in Spanochоri seems likе stοpped; no one is in а hurry, and еverуоne has time to pass the day, perhaps say Kalimera. It's a perfect place for rеlаxing holiday in calm аnd peaceful atmоsphеre, enjoying the stunning viеws towаrds the Lefkаda Tοwn аnd the Ionian Sea. Lefkada Town is just a 10-minute drive away and offers lots of eateries, shops and all you will need.

Getting There
How to reach Lefkada island
You can easily reach Lefkas by car from mainland Greece, via the bridge connecting Lefkada with Aitoloakarnania. Lefkada island does not have an airport.
