Villa Arithmos is a three-bedroom property, stylish in design and modern throughout. Set over three floors, including an attic space that has been converted into a beautiful twin bedroom, Villa Arithmos, located on the stunning Greek island of Lefkada, is ideal family accommodation for those looking for a tranquil setting, incredible sea views, and a private pool.
In order to allow guests to enjoy the impressive scenery, the living accommodation, which comprises an open-plan living and dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen, is set on the ground floor, essentially the middle level. The bedrooms, a double and a twin, which both feature en-suite facilities, are situated in the lower ground bedroom. The final bedroom, a twin, is set upstairs.
Surrounded by stone walls and lush olive trees, the villa enjoys relative privacy, and guests will be instantly impressed by the pool, which is set on the edge of the mosaic-style patio area, overlooking the most breathtaking scenery. Villa Arithmos offers guests several points from which to enjoy the idyllic surroundings, and whether that be the balcony, terrace with canopied seating area or the pool patio is up to you. As the evening falls and the lights come up, why not fire up the bbq and make even more of your own private paradise?

About the surrounding area of Villa ArithmosVilla Arithmos is situated on the beautiful Greek Island of Lefkada, an area rich in culture and history and known for its many sun-drenched beaches and breathtaking scenery.
Just a 700m walk (downhill) will bring you to the village of Agios Nikitas. The village nestles around a bay with tavernas, small supermarkets and the beautiful St Nikitas church along a cobbled main street.
Every town and village on the island has something different to offer, from sleepy fishing ports and pretty harbours to bustling market towns and lively beach bars. For those who want to unwind completely, a visit to the village of Lazarata, where the pace of life is blissfully slow, is in order. Around the square, which is overlooked by the Church of Aghios Spiridonas, there are just a few tavernas where the locals gather for a glass of ouzo and some sleepy cafes. Being slightly inland, the village has its pick of beaches on both sides of the coast; to the west, you’ll discover Pefkoulia beach, where shaded pine trees border the wide strip of golden sand that is well-equipped with sun loungers and a taverna, and to the east, Lygia beach with its uncrowded patches of shingle, and waterfront bars.
If you want to soak up some culture and history during your stay on the island, then head to the capital Lefkada Town. After being hit by several earthquakes, there are now plenty of modern buildings among the 17th-century churches and monasteries, which gives the town an eclectic vibe. There are many museums here to visit, too, including one dedicated to gramophones and the Ecclesiastical Museum.
Lefkada is connected to mainland Greece via a floating bridge, which is ideal for those holidaymakers with the means to travel who want to experience more of a cosmopolitan flavour, especially as night falls. However, if you aren’t leaving the island, there are still plenty of places with bustling nightlife. There are lounge bars in the capital of Lefkada Town, Nydri, and Vassiliki, while in Nydri, you’ll find popular nightclubs. Most bars and clubs are open until 2 or 3 in the morning if you want a proper night out, so don’t be fooled by this sleepy little island! For a quieter night, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants to try, both at the seaside and on the mountainside.

Getting There
How to reach Lefkada island
You can easily reach Lefkas by car from mainland Greece, via the bridge connecting Lefkada with Aitoloakarnania. Lefkada island does not have an airport.

Best Suited For: All AgesLefkada is an ideal family holiday destination thanks to its many beautiful beaches, charming villages, cafes and restaurants, as well as activities such as watersports, cycling and horseriding. Incredibly rich in history and mythology, the island has several museums housing fascinating and unusual collections that are sure to fascinate even the youngest members of the group. The Archaeological Museum provides an insight into the island's cultural heritage with exhibits depicting life for the islanders in historical times. There are findings related to music, commerce, weaving, coinage, fishery, and farming. There are also rooms dedicated to the deities of the island through their representation in coins and figurines. Funeral costumes, urns and tomb monuments are also exhibited here, as well as weaponry, vessels, and various tools.
The museum of photographs is a unique collection that will prove fascinating to visitors of all ages - even those too young to have even heard of a phonograph! This private museum is located in the square of Lefkada Town and was founded in 1980 by a private collector. The museum contains models of old phonographs, gramophones and radios, as well as many decorative items, including musical instruments, postcards, guns, swords, jewellery and coins, all dating from 1880 to 1950.
For those looking for an outdoor adventure but want something a little bit different from the beach, a boat trip might be just the thing. There’s no better way to explore Lefkada and the surrounding islands, such as Skorpios, Ithaki and Kefalonia, than by boat. There are tours available that will stop at all the surrounding islands and allow you to explore the different beaches and enjoy a refreshing dip. There’ll also be a chance to walk through the centres of ancient towns and explore mystical caves as well as the private island Skorpios.

Highly recommended location and villa for peace, views and comfort!
Lovely villa, high spec, clean and maintained really well. We didn’t hire a car so the 700 metres trek into the village is easy on the way down but 25 minutes of hard work to get back! Found a small supermarket (Argo) that will deliver!! A life saver. Had the most fantastic sunset yesterday evening
