Situated in beautiful Halkidiki, Villa Pinewood offers up to twelve guests the chance to stay at a luxurious, contemporary haven. Relax and disconnect from the rest of the world; sit on one of the decadent sun loungers by the large private pool, or chill out in the fabulous Jacuzzi. Perfect for a large family or a group of friends wanting to spend some time together, this villa offers nothing but five-star perfection.
There are six bedrooms in total, with three super king-size double beds, and six single beds in beautiful, fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms is stylish, modern, and offers truly breathtaking views of the surrounding area. There are five luxurious bathrooms, as well as two fully-equipped kitchens, as well as a decadent dining area, perfect for those evening feasts! There is even a home cinema, with a full HD 150” projector for those late-night movies!
There is also fantastic barbecue facilities provided, so guests can cook up an alfresco storm! A large garden provides plenty of space for the kids to run around and explore among the pine trees, and there is even a basketball court on-site! Guests can even have their meals prepared fresh each day by a professional chef, using the finest ingredients for a Greek gourmet experience like no other. The private heated pool is undoubtedly the star of the show, surrounded by indulgent sun loungers and a lovely decking, as well as unrivalled views of the sparkling blue ocean.
Picture getting up as the sun comes rises, making a morning coffee in one of the state-of-the-art kitchens, stepping outside to watch the ocean lapping the shore and listening as Greece begins to wake. Imagine a big family lunch, all sat outside on the decking, passing Greek salad and calamari across the table, then enjoying a fun-filled afternoon splashing about in the pool and then going for a late afternoon stroll down to the beach. After a pre-dinner nap, you can have a drink on the terrace, and then head down to one of the local restaurants for a delicious dinner. Heaven on earth!

How to reach Halkidiki
The nearest airport is the International Airport of Thessaloniki. This is about 16km from Thessaloniki. From this region of Thermi you can get to Halkidiki by bus or Taxi. There are several domestic flights that run from Athens Airport to the airport in Thessaloniki too.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Pinewood is perfect for families travelling with children! There are six single beds that are ideal for families travelling with kids, as well as a huge garden for outdoor play, and a large heated private pool for kids to splash about! The high-speed WIFI will ensure that everybody is happy, especially teenagers! A fantastic home cinema with full HD 150” projector and a 5.1 surround system ensures that those movie nights are the best of the best. Two baby cots can be provided, as well as a baby kitchen seat. There is also a basketball court, a trampoline with a safety net for kids, table tennis, a goal post for football, and a Nintendo Wii console.
If the kids want an exciting excursion, the villa also comes with four mountain bicycles, meaning you can mountain bike through the pine-tree lined mountains and explore the craggy coastline with ease! If the kids get bored of splashing about in the pool, the beach is just a leisurely stroll away!
You could hire a boat from the Marina and explore the nearby coves, diving into the crystal-clear water and explore the coral reefs teeming with colourful wildlife. Teenagers and adults alike will love the water sports available, from sea kayaking and paddleboarding to jet skiing and even diving! For a bit of history, you can spend afternoons exploring the exciting ancient monasteries and churches nearby. You couldn’t ask for a better villa for children!

Had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Pinewood, and I can't say enough about this incredible oasis.
From the moment we arrived, we were transported to a world of luxury and relaxation.
The villa itself is a true paradise. The sea view was breathtaking, and the heated pool and jacuzzi made for unforgettable moments under the Greek sun.
Surrounded by a sprawling garden filled with vibrant flowers and fragrant pine trees, it felt like a slice of heaven on Earth.
The modern design of the villa was not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly functional. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group. And the cleanliness? Impeccable! It was clear that no detail was spared in ensuring the villa was spotless.
What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional host, Pantelis. His dedication to making our stay memorable was evident from start to finish.

A gem
This was such a great villa with beautifully crafted interior, panoramic view of the sea and heated pool and hot tub.
The host was very welcoming and helpful, he dedicated with joy so much time to assist us with all the extra arrangements we needed (private chef, boat rental, shopping). -
Just super
We stayed 12 people - 6 adults and 6 children - 5 days at the Villa Pinewood and had the best time ever: the villa is located in the middle of a pine grove, the rooms are very spacious, kitchen is fully equipped and sitting outdoors - whether eating by the pool, swimming or just relaxing - is just super.
Pantelis is an extraordinary host - he welcomed us with all kinds of beverages and snacks when we came, then took the time to show us around in the area and was always extremely nice and informative.
We would definitely love to come again and spend more time in this magical corner of Greece! -

I can't say enough wonderful things about Villa Pinewood and especially about Pantelis. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
The villa is private with breathtaking views, gorgeous grounds and too many amenities to even list. The outdoor cold/hot showers were a favourite.
It was immaculate. Pantelis is the most gracious, responsive, attentive, thoughtful, meticulous and professional host there could possibly be.
Besides the fact that the villa itself is amazing, I would go back there in a heartbeat, Pantelis made our fabulous time at the villa even better. He is a great guy!

As if it was pulled out of a magazine
The villa was amazing! As if it was pulled out of a magazine. Everything was in working order and the equipment and facilities were state of the art! Pool jacuzzi basketball ping pong you name it, he has it!
To regarding the host, he was even a nicer surprise than the villa!!! Such a kind and generous man, looking out for you and actually went above and beyond to satisfy us and make sure we were enjoying to the max!

The Villa is absolutely incredible
We can only recommend this villa. We felt at home from the beginning, It is a beautiful place & the Villa is absolutely incredible. It provided us with a stunning view of the sea and sunsets. The bedrooms are spacious, the whole Villa is very clean. Since we travelled with kids, we could also enjoy the children bed in two of the bedrooms.
What made this Villa very special to us were the common areas. From movie nights on a beamer, basketball games on a court, trampolin jumps, swimming in the pool or chilling in the jacuzzi, poker nights, or a nice bbq evening everything is possible here.
Pantelis is very sympathic, knowledgeable and effective in the way he works and communicates. As he is from the region he provided us not only with very good information on top restaurants, playgrounds, beaches but also organized special requests, like a Spa day in the Vila. Or clarifications with the local car rental services.
We enjoyed our stay and are surely coming back again! -
The villa was stunning
As a host Pantelis was quite simply the best. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgable and overall a pleasure to interact with - a few examples of how he went above and beyond throughout: on arrival he had brought home cooked Moussaka which given the hour was perfect, he brought local butchers meat for a bbq (which was simply delicious), arranged for a private chef which was such a special evening, bought us some essentials for our baby daughter ahead of arrival, recommended three amazing local restaurants to help us see the area, as well as two in Thessaloniki and showed us how to access the various local amenities in the Sani resort - as I say, simply the best and helped make the holiday really special for me and my family.
The Villa itself, as the pictures show, was stunning. It is spacious, has great facilitates, a beautiful pool and gardens and the view, is just amazing. I would thoroughly recommend to any and all.

Nothing less then amazing.
We (5 adults, 3 children) stayed in Villa Pinewood in April 2022. It was nothing less then amazing.
The house is large - larger then you expect. The garden (XXXL) is manicured and offers complete privacy. Sports facilities, parking space, shade, sun - whatever you want: it's there.
The view onto the sea and the area is spectacular day and night. The pool and jacuzzi make the experience complete.
The villa inside is modern and has literally everything you need to live there permanently. And if it's not there: the owner will get it for you - same day. From game console to indoor cinema, BBQ and kitchen appliances one dreams of: yes it's there.
Large bedrooms, large bathrooms, huge living and entertainment space... everything is large - yet comfy & cosy.
We could not recommend this house highly enough.
If the house, the pictures and all these 5* ratings are not convincing enough - the owner would convince you.
From the very first contact before making our booking until the last second of our departure he took care of us. We travelled a lot, stayed in many great properties - but the personal service of Pantelis is unique. Kind, polite, attentive, generous.

Better and nicer than expected
The house was even better and nicer than expected. Beautiful sight from the swimming pool over the sea, jacuzzi was awesome too. They cleaned the house very often and bring clean linen and towels. Everything you need is available. Pantelis was the best host we ever had, he arranged everything for us. Like shoppings on our arrival, gave us great tips for nice beaches and food in the area. He also arranged amazing barbecue meat for us at the villa. We would definitely recommend to book this.

Can recommend this villa to anyone
Amazing tranquil location in the pine tree forest, close to the wild and public beaches and facilities of Sani Resort. Large, spotless villa, with comfortably heated pool (29-30C), jacuzzi and all other conveniences you can even think of (projector home cinema, for instance!).
Pantelis is a super-helpful and friendly host (a rare gem), who knows how to make guests feel not simply taken care of, but totally pampered! We were given free access to Sani Resort and all of it's facilities, including restaurants (booked for us anytime we asked) and to it's sandy beaches.
We had yacht trips organised and airport transfers arranged with not a tiny bit of hassle. Check-in and check-out experience was also perfect and we felt like we were visiting a long-time friend. Can recommend this villa to anyone looking for (and being able to appreciate) an unforgettable and indulgent stay. We never book more than few months in advance, but some of us are already doing exactly that for the next season! -

Amazing luxurious villa.. We spent really nice family vacation. The view from the pool was magnificent and we enjoyed very much the hot tub as well. The interior of the villa is cozy decorated with spacious bedrooms and the big living room offered us some quality family time. Not forget to mention the hospitality of the owner, really in high level of standards!! He made us feel like home!! Definitely recommended!!

This villa has everything you need
Amazing location in the forest, you cannot hear a car at all, very relaxing. The pool is heated so can be used even at night. This villa has everything you need, bikes, basketball, table tennis, hot tub and we made use of it all! The grounds are large and very well kept, lots of space around the villa and beautiful flowers in the gardens. The pool and house was cleaned regularly. Highly recommend this villa.
