Situated in beautiful Halkidiki, Villa Pinewood offers up to twelve guests the chance to stay at a luxurious, contemporary haven. Relax and disconnect from the rest of the world; sit on one of the decadent sun loungers by the large private pool, or chill out in the fabulous Jacuzzi. Perfect for a large family or a group of friends wanting to spend some time together, this villa offers nothing but five-star perfection.
There are six bedrooms in total, with three super king-size double beds, and six single beds in beautiful, fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms is stylish, modern, and offers truly breathtaking views of the surrounding area. There are five luxurious bathrooms, as well as two fully-equipped kitchens, as well as a decadent dining area, perfect for those evening feasts! There is even a home cinema, with a full HD 150” projector for those late-night movies!
There is also fantastic barbecue facilities provided, so guests can cook up an alfresco storm! A large garden provides plenty of space for the kids to run around and explore among the pine trees, and there is even a basketball court on-site! Guests can even have their meals prepared fresh each day by a professional chef, using the finest ingredients for a Greek gourmet experience like no other. The private heated pool is undoubtedly the star of the show, surrounded by indulgent sun loungers and a lovely decking, as well as unrivalled views of the sparkling blue ocean.
Picture getting up as the sun comes rises, making a morning coffee in one of the state-of-the-art kitchens, stepping outside to watch the ocean lapping the shore and listening as Greece begins to wake. Imagine a big family lunch, all sat outside on the decking, passing Greek salad and calamari across the table, then enjoying a fun-filled afternoon splashing about in the pool and then going for a late afternoon stroll down to the beach. After a pre-dinner nap, you can have a drink on the terrace, and then head down to one of the local restaurants for a delicious dinner. Heaven on earth!

How to reach Halkidiki
The nearest airport is the International Airport of Thessaloniki. This is about 16km from Thessaloniki. From this region of Thermi you can get to Halkidiki by bus or Taxi. There are several domestic flights that run from Athens Airport to the airport in Thessaloniki too.

There are six single beds that are ideal for families travelling with kids, as well as a huge garden for outdoor play, and a large heated private pool for kids to splash about! The high-speed WIFI will ensure that everybody is happy, especially teenagers! A fantastic home cinema with full HD 150” projector and a 5.1 surround system ensures that those movie nights are the best of the best. Two baby cots can be provided, as well as a baby kitchen seat. There is also a basketball court, a trampoline with a safety net for kids, table tennis, a goal post for football, and a Nintendo Wii console.
If the kids want an exciting excursion, the villa also comes with four mountain bicycles, meaning you can mountain bike through the pine-tree lined mountains and explore the craggy coastline with ease! If the kids get bored of splashing about in the pool, the beach is just a leisurely stroll away!
You could hire a boat from the Marina and explore the nearby coves, diving into the crystal-clear water and explore the coral reefs teeming with colourful wildlife. Teenagers and adults alike will love the water sports available, from sea kayaking and paddleboarding to jet skiing and even diving! For a bit of history, you can spend afternoons exploring the exciting ancient monasteries and churches nearby. You couldn’t ask for a better villa for children!

Can recommend this villa to anyone
Amazing tranquil location in the pine tree forest, close to the wild and public beaches and facilities of Sani Resort. Large, spotless villa, with comfortably heated pool (29-30C), jacuzzi and all other conveniences you can even think of (projector home cinema, for instance!).
Pantelis is a super-helpful and friendly host (a rare gem), who knows how to make guests feel not simply taken care of, but totally pampered! We were given free access to Sani Resort and all of it's facilities, including restaurants (booked for us anytime we asked) and to it's sandy beaches.
We had yacht trips organised and airport transfers arranged with not a tiny bit of hassle. Check-in and check-out experience was also perfect and we felt like we were visiting a long-time friend. Can recommend this villa to anyone looking for (and being able to appreciate) an unforgettable and indulgent stay. We never book more than few months in advance, but some of us are already doing exactly that for the next season! -
This villa has everything you need
Amazing location in the forest, you cannot hear a car at all, very relaxing. The pool is heated so can be used even at night. This villa has everything you need, bikes, basketball, table tennis, hot tub and we made use of it all! The grounds are large and very well kept, lots of space around the villa and beautiful flowers in the gardens. The pool and house was cleaned regularly. Highly recommend this villa.
