Nestled into a private plot within an ever-exclusive luxury Resort, Thulian Villa is truly fit for royalty! This four-bedroom property features spacious open-plan living, a generous outdoor area and unrivalled sea views! The villa itself is a huge 450sqm, and it also features 700sqm of surrounding greenery. There is plenty of space for everyone; even at maximum capacity, this villa will still feel spacious and private.
Walking in, guests will be in awe at the quirky and opulent décor throughout, and the vast living/dining area that sits in the centre of the villa. The unique sliding roof of the living room allows guests to dream beneath the Greek blue skies, bringing the outdoors indoors! The villa features several seating zones, as well as its own bar area, a state-of-the-art kitchenette, a huge flat-screen television, as well as a high-tech Bose music system. For any musical guests, the villa even has its own grand piano! The villa also offers a private wellness area, just next to the bedrooms. A relaxing, inviting ambience with a massage bed, a marble bath, an elegant sofa and decorative pieces of art, will fulfil the need of high elegance to any guest's holidays.
Each of the four bedrooms are a private haven of their own; comfortable double beds ensure the best nights' sleep, and two of the bedrooms are adjoining, making it the perfect set up for families with children. The Master bedroom boasts its own living area, so guests can relax in private. There are two marble bathrooms at guests' disposal, as well as two extra WCs.
With direct access to the stunning outdoor area, guests can marvel at the lush green surroundings, with spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea. Lemon, orange and pine trees are dotted around the perimeter of the property, providing fragrant shade and privacy. You could even pick a fresh orange and use it for pre-dinner drinks! The gardens provide plenty of space for children to run around and explore within the safe confines of the villa, and the large heated pool will allow for hours of fun! Sit back on a sun lounger and catch some rays, and then take a dip in the refreshing blue pool to cool off. There is also a lovely sunken jacuzzi that has a canopy overhead with lovely greenery growing up. Relax with a drink overlooking the sea and watch the sunset on another incredible day in Greece.

Location
About the surrounding area of Thulian VillaLocated within the stunning Danai Beach Resort, Thulian Villa offers guests nothing but five-star luxury throughout their entire stay. The resort is located in the heart of lush and wild vegetation on the beach of Nikiti, just under an hours' drive from Thessaloniki Airport. There is plenty of activities on offer within the resort itself, but if guests fancy a few hours exploring, there's so much to do and see in the local area!
Nikiti Beach, a five-minute drive away, is a truly charming place to go for a wander. With a beautiful long stretch of sand, endless restaurant, cafes, and lovely little shops with Greek treasures and trinkets, you'll never want to leave. Most of the restaurants and beach bars have a beachfront patio on the promenade where you can enjoy meals and drinks and all with a spectacular view of the brilliant aquamarine water. Towards the marina, at the northern end of the promenade you can find more seafood restaurants and pizzerias. The old town of Nikiti is up the mountain from the traffic lights. Most of the locals live in this part of town where you can find the historic centre. On Friday mornings, you can hit the traditional market that sells local arts and crafts as well as the famous Nikiti honey.
One of the few remaining archaeological sites in Sithonia is set a quiet and rural part of Nikiti. The Sofronios Basilica is a 1600-year-old church that was built in the beginning of the 5th century AD. Excavations and restorations of the ruins happened in the 1980s. The site is protected by a fence and not always open to the public, but you can still get a glimpse.
The greatest interest is the mosaic floor that is still quite in-tact. You can easily see the masterful artwork that comes from this early era of Christianity in the Roman Empire. The Basilica ruins will be a delight for any who are interested in archaeological history!
Just a few minutes' drive away is the lovely town of Ormos Panagias, where you can take a Mount Athos. There are also lots of fabulous 'Blue Flag' beaches close-by, and you are just a short distance away from Vourvourou, where you can rent a boat and explore the beautiful Diaporos. Some of the most picturesque sand beaches in Sithonia are just south of Nikiti. Five minutes by car will bring you to the spectacular Agios Ioannis. A little further, and you arrive at Koviou Beach, then Kalogria and Spathies, each unique and remarkable beaches in their own way.

Best Suited For: All AgesKids are simply spoilt for choice at Thulian Villa; the huge heated pool and massive gardens provide oodles of space to run or splash around and cause havoc! The resort itself very child-friendly; besides the beach and a generous size pool, they also have a very comprehensive kids club for all ages up to 12 years with adventure and creativity in the afternoons all under the supervision of qualified, multilingual professionals.
The hotel provides a 14-day schedule in the summer season from a Pirate Day with exciting treasure hunts throughout the resort and authentic face painting to a Greek Day with Greek dancing as well as creating their very own Tzatziki. Each night the day will be completed by a playful Kids Club Mini Disco. Entertainment (and a bit of education) is not restricted to the kids though: there are language classes for all ages in Greek, English, French or German and instructors are there for dancing, painting and cooking lessons.
In addition, there is also a range of water sports, such as water skiing or windsurfing, and how about going on a catamaran or enjoying the water on a canoe, banana or doughnut ride? There is also mountain biking, and yoga lessons, as well as an on-site tennis court. The resort also offers guests the opportunity to hire a boat, where deserted beaches and coves are just waiting to be explored! Outside of the resort, guests can also visit an 18-hole golf course, go horse riding or even try scuba diving at the local dive school!
The area of Sithonia is a great location for families due to its fifty Blue Fag Beaches. Sarti beach, Kalamitsi beach and Toroni beach are all excellent choices with calm waters for swimming and snorkelling. There are also amenities near to most of the beaches for when you and the kids get peckish during the day.
For child-friendly history activities, you can spend afternoons exploring the exciting 2,000-year-old ancient monasteries and churches. The Unesco-protected holy mountain of Athos, dotted with monasteries and the village of Olympiada, Aristotle's birthplace are both must-visits.

Beautiful place
