The fabulous Pallani Villa I is situated between Hanioti, a popular, cosmopolitan resort on the Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki and its lively neighbour Polychrono. Hanoiti is a beautiful area of Kassandra with alluring pebble and sand beaches flanked by gorgeous pine trees. According to tradition, it got its name from the first inhabitant of the village who came from Chania, Crete. The villa is just 150m away from the sandy beach. The resort offers many restaurants, bars, cafes and lively beach bars along its superb 4.5km beach. Polychrono also boasts lively entertainment and a stunning bay.
Pallani Villa I offers modern and streamlined classy accommodation, including four fantastic bedrooms sleeping, eight guests. It is built over 3 levels. The basement is home to a furnished studio, a large comfortable games and lounge room, complete with a pool table and a huge television and a well-equipped gym with a sauna.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen space on the ground floor is incredibly light and airy and very contemporary in design. The kitchen is glossy and fabulous. There is also a wine closet and a cloakroom. The living area opens to the terrace through several sets of doors.
The bedrooms are on the first floor. The excellent master is huge at 30sqm and has its dazzling ensuite as well as a wonderful dressing room. The other three double rooms share an exquisite bathroom. The furnished terrace that wraps around the villa offers lovely garden and sea views.
The outside space includes the delightful swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, a covered lounge area just perfect for pre-dinner drinks or a game of cards, covered alfresco dining and a lush lawn and delightful planting. Pallani Villa I is extremely comfortable and relaxing. It would suit a family or a group of friends.

Location
About the surrounding area of Pallini Villa IHanioti moved to its present location in 1930 following a devastating earthquake. The gorgeous azure waters and lush green nature surrounding the area is calming and picturesque. This modern village is full of small parks, pretty squares, wonderful nature and the captivating beach. There are great shopping opportunities and plenty of chic bars to chill out in.
Polychrono was established before 650BC by the Eretrians who gave it the name ‘Neapoli’. The name remained until 540AD when the area surrendered to the invasions of the Huns, and in the 11th century, it was named ‘Polyhroo’ because of the many flowers in the area. It was later renamed Polychrono. There are many restaurants serving fresh fish and typical Greek meals and many organised beach bars on the dazzling sands. You will find many watersports, including sea bikes and jet ski rental. The area is famous for its history with many excavations uncovering monuments most likely of the ancient city of Neapolis. From Polichrono there is a narrow path over the mountain which leads you to Fourka through Kassandrino village. It is very picturesque and avoids the main road through Kallithea.
If you are a nature lover, you should visit the captivating Mavrobara Lake, 3km west of Polychrono. You can walk or rent bikes to explore the area and enjoy the magic of the alluring countryside, the gurgling springs and the wild vegetation. A turtle species known as the ‘Turtle of Mavrobara’ resides at the lake.
There are many diving centres in Halkidiki so it is a great chance to immerse yourself in the crystal clear waters and enjoy a close up of the Greek fauna and flora. There are daily boat trips to tour Sithonia, Mount Athos and the unique Ammouliani and Gaidouronisia. The thermal baths of Agia Paraskevi are 13km south of Hanioti. You can take advantage of the therapeutic properties of the modern spa with pools, saunas, steam room and whirlpool.

How to reach Halkidiki
The nearest airport is the International Airport of Thessaloniki. This is about 16km from Thessaloniki. From this region of Thermi you can get to Halkidiki by bus or Taxi. There are several domestic flights that run from Athens Airport to the airport in Thessaloniki too.

The games and lounge room in the basement is a perfect chillout zone for the youngsters wanting to watch a film or to play pool. Children will also love the pool and the beach close by. The beach is shallow and warm, with many activities to enjoy. There are so many fabulous beaches in Halkidiki to choose from.
For an alternative day out you can go offroading in the mountains of the Kassandra Gulf to get stunning views that you would not see in a rental car. Bulli Safari is a local company in Afitos offering informative and exciting offroad trips, stopping at lakes, churches and a beautiful bay to swim. You will also get a chance for some wine and olive tastings. Children might not like that so much as the bumpy, exhilarating ride.
Diving Center Sredetz in Pefkohori is a recreational and technical diving centre with huge experience. They are very professional and patient with children, and you will have a fantastic experience. There are also several companies offering glass-bottom boat cruises to Mount Athos and Ammouliani’s Island. You will be able to view the monasteries and then visit the unique island, stopping at either Alikes Beach or the centre of the village.
Sea Kayak Halkidiki offers an unforgettable day kayaking in the gorgeous blue water surrounding Diaporos Island, located in Vourvourou Bay, Sithonia. The green landscapes of the fragrant pine trees, white sandy beaches and crystal turquoise waters are stunning. The trip includes the kayak and snorkelling equipment as well as picnic lunches.
Halkidiki is home to several waterparks that children always enjoy. Waterland has a crazy river, wave pool, pirate’s island, many slides and tubes, a kids pool, zen pool and also a zoo. Crazyland is situated at Pefkohori with a fantastic water obstacle course.
