Three-bedroomed Cloudberry Villa is in beautiful Halkidiki on Greece’s northern coast. Cloudberry Villa dials up the charm with its rustic stone walls, modern furnishings and garden area dotted with local plants and trees. From your living room, you can directly access the sun-lounger lined pool, with a separate shallower section for children and a paved terrace with shaded pergola and cushioned seats for enjoying your evening meal al fresco or glass of wine over a vibrant sunset.
The villa also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and three spacious bedrooms – one is a charming loft room, perfect for teenagers looking for that extra space. Surrounded by a high wall and tall trees, the villa is designed with your privacy in mind and is in a peaceful and quiet spot for a tranquil stay. There are also two bathrooms (so that you won’t be fighting over the shower in the morning).
For those relaxed evenings in, the living room features lush sink-into sofas and a stone-built fireplace for a traditional feel. The décor across the villa is bright with floor-to-ceiling windows letting in the natural light and exposed stone mixed with cream-coloured walls. Dark wood furniture and playful pops of red in the cushions, candles and window frames complete the homely touches.
Whether you're an ancient history buff, a major adrenaline junkie or beach connoisseur, Halkidiki has you covered. The villa is only 500 metres from Akti Elias, a Blue Flag beach with calm crystal clear waters that are ideal for swimming and snorkelling, and is bordered by cliffs and pine trees. With Nikiti village, a short drive away too, where there are local restaurants and quaint coffee shops, it’s an ideal starting off point to explore more of the wonderful part of Greece.

- Even though car is reccommended, it is possible to access the beach and restaurants within walking distance!
- This villa is perfect for cat lovers - like in many other Greek areas, there is many cats wandering around the villa's vicinities
- The stairs can be a bit steep, so this villa is more suitable for older children

Among the most exciting places to visit is Parthenonas. It’s on the slopes of Mount Itamos and features stone houses, taverns, a museum and sea views which are exceptionally stunning at sunset. Porto Koufo village is also a great place to discover with just-caught fish mezes served in its local Greek taverns.
With fifty Blue Flag beaches, you’re spoilt for choice in Sithonia. Sarti, Kalamitsi and Toroni are all great choices. Swim or snorkel in the calm, crystal-clear waters or sun bask on the soft sandy shore. You’ll also find plenty of opportunities to take part in water sports like windsurfing, kitesurfing and scuba diving, and there are boat trips for exploring the coral reefs, blue lagoons and deserted coves.For outdoor adventuring by land, there’s a myriad of walking, hiking and mountain biking routes. You can head to Mount Itamos, the highest peak on Sithonia for panoramic views over the peninsula and a fantastic bird’s eye view of Mount Athos to the east and Mount Olympus in the west. The peninsula is covered with olive groves and pine trees and looks out to the sparkling Aegean Sea.

How to reach Halkidiki
The nearest airport is the International Airport of Thessaloniki. This is about 16km from Thessaloniki. From this region of Thermi you can get to Halkidiki by bus or Taxi. There are several domestic flights that run from Athens Airport to the airport in Thessaloniki too.

Best Suited For: All AgesSithonia is a great location for families due to its fifty Blue Fag Beaches. Sarti beach, Kalamitsi beach and Toroni beach are all excellent choices with calm waters for swimming and snorkelling. There are also amenities near to most of the beaches for when you and the kids get peckish during the day.
For child-friendly history activities, you can spend afternoons exploring the exciting 2,000-year-old ancient monasteries and churches. The Unesco-protected holy mountain of Athos, dotted with monasteries and the village of Olympiada, Aristotle’s birthplace are both must visits. Teenagers and adults alike will love the water sports available, from sea kayaking and paddle boarding to jet skiing and snorkelling. Sithonia also has plenty of popular scuba dive sites including intriguing lagoons and caves. You can mountain bike, walk or hike in the pine-treed lined mountains or jump on a boat to explore the craggy coastline and coral reefs teeming with colourful wildlife.
