You wake up, prepare a coffee and stroll out onto the terrace, the morning sun hits your skin as you soak in the picturesque views and settle down onto an outdoor sofa to start your new summer book – can you think of anything more idyllic? Villa Earth offers the utmost in luxury and elegance, with relaxed, modern living areas and contemporary furnishings that supply for your every comfort.
Located in Chania, on the highest level of the plot, the view at Villa Earth spans a panorama featuring Souda Bay, the scattered Apokoronas villages to the magnificent White Mountains. The outdoor living areas span all three floors of the villa, with a spacious terrace downstairs, private balconies leading out of each of the bedrooms on the first floor and a breath-taking roof terrace at the top of the property.
With seating and sun loungers in every outdoor space, guests can socialise as well as finding private moments alone or as couples. The roof terrace boasts an indulgent hot tub, where you can soak in the complete luxury of this property and enjoy the best views on offer. On the ground floor terrace, the private swimming pool takes pride of place, with plenty of sun loungers and a sociable dining table under a pergola.
Inside, the elegance continues, with an open-plan living area, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen and a table for guests to dine together. A couple of steps down, a large living area benefits from bright doors onto the terrace, that fill the room with light and draw the Grecian atmosphere inside. Throughout the villa, each of the four double bedrooms is as luxurious as the last, with comfortable beds, modern en-suite bathrooms and plenty of storage for your belongings.
Villa Earth has everything you need for a relaxing retreat. Located five-minutes from the beach, and 30-kilometers from Chania town, there is plenty to do and see, ideal for a group of friends or family.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa EarthVilla Earth has a fabulous location in the small village of Kokkino Chorio, close to the larger village of Plaka where helpful amenities and picturesque pebbled beaches can be found. A little further along the coastline, just a 5-minute car journey away, is the resort of Almyrida which boasts a wider range of amenities as well as clean, family-friendly sandy beaches. Chania itself is just forty minutes away by car, with its picturesque Venetian harbour, it really is a must visit. Chania International Airport is conveniently situated just forty-five minutes away.
With gorges to be walked, ancient sites to be visited, time trodden villages to be discovered, and stunning sandy beaches to be lazed upon, this is the perfect Greek destination for holidaymakers of any age. Plus, food is in abundance. Look out for fresh seafood and traditional Greek moussaka.
The villa is 30km from the beautiful city of Chania. There you’ll find a charming Venetian Harbour and old port, alongside narrow shopping streets and waterfront restaurants. From Chania, it’s a two-hour drive to the island's capital Heraklion where you can immerse yourself in ancient culture. The vibrant port city is best known for the Palace of Knossos. The archaeological site dates back thousands of years to the Minoan civilisation. Guarding the city’s Venetian port is the 16th-century Koules fortress. A drive around Heraklion will also bring you to traditional villages, Medieval castles, Byzantine monasteries and secluded coves.

How to reach Chania
There are two ways to reach Chania: either by flight or by ferry.
By plane: Chania Airport (CHQ) is only a 20 minutes ride away from central Chania. During the summer months, frequents overseas and domestic flights are performed. In most of the cases, there are available buses that connect Chania city and most of the villas. You can also hire a car from one of the many rental companies at the airport, or alternatively get a taxi to bring you right to your doorstep.
By ferry: If you choose to do an island-hopping trip and use the ferry as a method of transportation, then the closest port is in Souda, only 8km from the centre of Chania. Only ferries from Piraeus in Athens or Heraklion in Crete. Heraklion port has a wider choice: you can also take a ferry from other Greek islands like Santorini, Mykonos or Paros, but you will have to take a longer bus ride to reach your villa. We think the children will love the amazing pool, the panoramas from the terrace, and the chance to enjoy a meal outside in the fresh air. There’s all the tech you would hope for, from Wi-Fi to big-screen TV, and the location is great too. You won’t run out of beautiful child-friendly beaches or tempting eateries to visit, and attractions like the Limnoupolis Water Park outside Chania, is just a short drive away.
