Daios Two Bedroomed Family Villa is a charming family-friendly two-bedroom villa in Vathi, Crete. You have your own private seawater pool and access to the resort’s top-notch facilities, including a serene spa, six restaurants (serving local and international cuisine) and a sandy stretch of beach.
The luxury Greek villa is a home-away-from-home with two stylishly seductive and spacious bedrooms and an airy and beautifully decorated living room for moments of pure relaxation. An ideal holiday destination for families, couples or friends, the villa comfortably sleeps two to four adults or two adults and two to three children or infants. For a blissful stay, there’s a king size bed, all-natural Egyptian linen bedding and the choice of feather and memory foam pillows.
Bathed in light, decorated in neutral tones and dotted with modern furnishings, Villa Hebe exudes contemporary cool. Open the glass doors from the living room and be greeted by a large, private, heated seawater swimming pool and beautiful sundeck. There’s both prime sunbathing spots and places for you sit and relax in the shade. Plus, you can enjoy your morning coffee (courtesy of a complimentary tea and coffee service) or dine al fresco on the dining table while looking out to sea.
Set in a secluded setting, this villa is private, and is part of a complex – so you can still benefit from the sports and fitness facilities, including a tennis court and access to activities like yoga and Pilates classes. Unwind in the sauna and steam room or heated hydro-jets pool in the on-site spa or book in for a massage or treatment. When the sun goes down, there are DJ nights, dancing and live events.

The villa is just a 10-minute drive south of Agios Nikolaos, the capital of Lasithi and 20 minutes from the fishing village of Elounda. In Agios Nikolaos, there’s plenty of things for you to see and do. You can head to the harbour and Voulismeni Lake, where you’ll find restaurants, shops and cafés lining the waterfront. Try fresh seafood and Cretan cheeses or relax with a cooling drink.
In the town, the beaches of sandy Ammos and pebbly Kytroplatia are popular choices with clear, calm waters that are ideal for swimming, and they’re close to all the amenities of the town. You could also head north to Ammoudi with a longer stretch of coastline, Almyros Beach which is set in a sheltered cove or Havania Beach on the northern outskirts of the town.
For fun day trips from Agios Nikolas, you can jump on a boat to explore more of Crete’s scenic coastline and secluded, rocky coves. You can visit Spinalonga, the smallest of the Cretan islands, with its old Venetian fortress, and you can swim or snorkel off the beaches on the Kolokytha Peninsula.
