Best Suited For: All AgesMouseío Mansion is located between the centre of Corfu and the west coast with easy access to restaurants, shops, beaches and outdoor activities, so you never need to travel far with your kids.
Corfu is well known as one of the most popular Greek islands to visit, with an abundance of natural beauty, stunning beaches and historical sites to explore, all of which tend to be popular with kids and adults alike. Famous for its water sports, including sea kayaking, diving and snorkelling, there is plenty of fun for kids to enjoy from the beaches. For a whole family trip, why not take a boat trip from the harbour, often combined with snorkelling and swimming in secret coves, it’s a popular choice for families with a range of ages, offering something for everyone to enjoy. You can also enjoy exploring the historical sites of Corfu town, reading the stories of the ancient monastery, palace and fortress, or making up your own adventures as you amble around the ancient walls.
The property itself feels like a wonderland for children staying, with the antique furnishings and eclectic mix of styles, it’ll be like no place they have been before! The main living area has large sofas that kids can sink down into, with a pool table where they can engage their more competitive style! There are two single bedrooms and a twin room within the property that are great for kids, offering them their own space to unpack their belonging and chill out with siblings and friends. Outside the private swimming pool is a constant popular feature with any children staying, where they can play and splash about, enjoying the views and each others company, whilst adults can keep a quiet eye from the sun loungers and outdoor seating. There is no fence around the pool so younger children will need to be supervised.
When you do want some time away from the villa, both sides of the coat offer beautiful beaches, several with sandy shores and shallow waters that are perfect for families with young children. Kontokali Beach is always a good option! A bonus of staying at Mouseío Mansion is that the owners have their own young family, so on request (at the time of booking) they can provide many the things those travelling with small children might need.
