The villa sleeps up to 10 guests across five charming bedrooms, complete with balconies offering even more stunning views.

Set in a private estate near the hamlet of Les Ardets de L'Esterel, Villa Pittoresque enjoys a wonderful mountain location while being just 27km from the esteemed resort city of Cannes and its surrounding coastline. Spend days by the sea, sampling Provençal delicacies at the traditional Marché Forville, and admiring the seascape over the Bay of Cannes at the hilltop Gothic-style stone church Église Notre-Dame d'Espérance.

Located on a private estate as you approach the mountainous hamlet of Les Adrets de L'Estérel, Villa Pittoresque offers the stillness of the hills as well as proximity to Cannes and the vibrant coastline.

The amenities of the local village are 5 minutes away by car while larger stores can be found in nearby towns, within a 15-20 minute drive. There are several charming hilltop villages a short distance from the villa, providing a more immediate taste of the region's scenic and historic allure. Fayence is renowned for its medieval architecture, narrow streets and panoramic scenery of the Var countryside, in addition to the lively town centre and local markets. Montaroux, also close by, features narrow alleys, traditional stone houses and views of the surrounding vineyards.

The villa is just 3km from the La Provençale highway, offering convenient access to the coast and other towns. Market days in Grasse, to the north, are a must; enjoy taking in its perfume heritage, lavender fields and scenic hills dotted with vineyards. The vibrant Mandelieu-La Napoule, 16km away, features a rugged coastline that dramatically drops into the sea. Southwards, you'll find family-friendly beaches in Saint-Raphael and Sainte-Maxime, ideal for a day of sun and sand. The elegant city of Cannes boasts the La Croisette promenade, renowned beaches, and the famous annual film festival held every May. Also worth visiting are Nice with its picturesque old town, and the glamorous Saint-Tropez.

For outdoorsy types, the region offers an abundance of activities. Enjoy water sports (in the sea or nearby Lac de Saint-Cassien), golfing, hiking, biking, and horse-riding both along the coast and inland.

Lac de Saint-Cassien, just 15 minutes away, offers paddle boating, swimming, and picnicking by the lake, ensuring a lovely day out for the whole family. The pristine beaches of Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphael also make a wonderful day trip, perfect for sandcastle building and swimming.

A 30-minute drive will take you to Luna Park in Fréjus, an amusement park filled with exciting rides and games catering to children of all ages. Additionally, the Aqualand water park, also in Fréjus, features a variety of water slides and pools, making it a great spot for cooling off.

For those in search of more nature, the Esterel Mountains provide numerous hiking trails suitable for families, with stunning views and ideal picnic spots.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1500 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4.00 - 6.00 p.m.
Departure time 10.00 a.m.
Changeover day Saturday.
Minimum stay 7 nights.

Pool opening dates? The pool is open approximately June to end-September. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
End of stay cleaning included? No. Additional €450, payable locally. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Not allowed.
Tax French Visitors Tax payable to Oliver's Travels at the time of balance payment (typically costs €1-€10 per adult per night - please enquire if exact amount is required).
