This brand new and chic holiday home is sure to impress you in so many ways. On the first floor, the open-plan living and dining space is beautiful with gorgeous furnishings complemented by bold artwork, fine-looking objets d’art and glimpses of the Mediterranean. The contemporary open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare the most delicious feasts to enjoy al-fresco on the terrace – look up through the kitchen’s ceiling windows and watch your family or friends swim above you!
On the ground floor, find five elegant air-conditioned bedrooms, all with comfortable double beds and smart en suite shower rooms – the master also has an impressive open-plan bath. Doors lead out to the garden where there are more pretty terraces and lovely Mediterranean plants.
The pièce de resistance is of course the roof terrace at the very top, a place for bathing in the sunshine, reading under the shade of the giant parasols or dipping into the unique swimming pool, just perfect for cooling down on warm summer days. Enjoy a cocktail or two as the sun sets to the west or gaze through the pine trees towards the azure-coloured sea.
Villa Le Trèfle’s position is also ideal on the eastern side of Cap d’Antibes – stroll around 1km to your nearest restaurants by the sea and the sandy beaches just south of Antibes, or head further into the peninsular to discover the most magnificent walks, rugged coastline and idyllic bays such as Plage de la Garoupe, once painted by Picasso.
Discover the charm of the old quarter in Antibes with its warren of cobbled lanes and historic walls or soak up the ambience of Juan-les-Pins, just over 2km away, with its vibrant restaurants, brilliant beaches, watersports and boat trips.
Of course, Cannes and Nice are also close by for fantastic days out, as are the landscapes and villages of the Côte d'Azur hinterland with endless hills, woodland, olive groves, art galleries, gastronomic restaurants and many more wonderful experiences of this extraordinary region.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa Le TrefleOn the eastern side of Cap d'Antibes, it is wonderful to be within walking distance to the Mediterranean coastline and so close to both Juan-Les-Pins and the heart of old Antibes.
The nearest sandy beach is around a 10-minute stroll away, a public beach which is popular with both tourists and locals alike. The next beach along also offers some watersports such as sailing, paddle-boarding and kayaking and also has a lovely promenade for an evening stroll. There are various restaurants dotted along this part of the coastline and even more as you head further towards Antibes.
The Cap d'Antibes itself is a stunning area to explore with its rugged coastline, magnificent walking trails and idyllic beaches such as the much-loved Plage de la Garoupe, about 2km away, or the little bay at Plage des Ondes, a perfect spot of sunsets.
Chic Juan-Les-Pins (2km) is close by with its brilliant beaches, watersports, boat trips and many restaurants and bars that come alive in the evening.
Spend time exploring the old town of Antibes, also around 2km away, with its warren of narrow lanes, 16th century ramparts and historic buildings. The covered market is a great place to pick up all sorts of regional produce, the Musée Picasso is worthy of a visit and the marina is sure to impress with its super yachts. Look out for more boat excursions visiting nearby islands and other French Riviera resorts or charter your own boat and skipper to explore the glorious Côte d'Azur.
Cannes (12km) is just a little further west with its amazing palm-fringed beaches and glitzy bars and restaurants or drive inland to discover some of the delightful hilltop villages of this region such as Mougins, Biot, Vence and St-Paul-de-Vence with their art galleries, restaurants and flower-filled charm. Visit the enchanting weekly market in Valbonne and the perfume factories of beautiful Grasse.
There are more wonderful walks through the Côte d'Azur hinterland, especially in the Valmasque Parc with its woodland trails. Golf-lovers will rejoice in the great number of courses across this part of the French Riviera, especially the prestigious courses close to Cannes and Mougins.

Best Suited For: All AgesOn the north-eastern side of Cap d’Antibes, it is wonderful to be so close to summer restaurants and the Mediterranean.
Around 1km away is a sandy beach just south of Antibes, popular with both tourists and locals alike, as well as a handful of beachside restaurants. The next beach along is also popular and has a choice of watersports as well as a little playground close by.
Juan-Les-Pins is just over 2km away where you will find yet more brilliant beaches, great watersports and boat trips as well as plenty of vibrant restaurants for all the family. There is also plenty to explore in the charming old town of Antibes with its historic walls, Picasso museum, super-yacht marina and yet more boat excursions.
Just a short drive outside Antibes there are all sorts of family attractions such as Marineland, Antibes Land Theme Park, Adventure Golf and more.
The area around Villeneuve-Loubet is also great for all ages with two theme parks (Le Village Des Fous and Le Bois des Lutins), football pitches, tennis courts and a tree-top adventure course.
If heading inland, there are more adventurous tree-top activities near Grasse as well as paint-balling and go-karting. If you love walking then follow some of the lovely trails through the Valmasque forest and around the Etang de Fontmerle, especially when the summer lotuses are in bloom.
