Gaze at the shimmering blue seas from your terrace and infinity pool, discover the sweet Mediterranean scents from your garden and wander down to the nearby beach and fantastic restaurants. The contemporary and stylish Villa Azure, located between Monaco and Nice, has everything you could wish for in the French Riviera whether you’re looking for a memorable family holiday or a villa to enjoy with good friends.
The position of Villa Azure on a hillside just above the seaside town of Eze-sur-Mer means the sea views are particularly striking. It’s all about outdoor living here with a beautifully decked swimming pool, wonderful terraces and a superb summer kitchen which even has its own bar and TV, not that you will be able to tear your eyes away from the panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean as you sip your apéritif straight from the wine cooler.
The gardens are a delightful and perhaps unexpected feature of the villa. Seek shade under a lemon tree, take a stroll to discover the almond and hazelnut trees and pick oranges and grapefruits from the terraced groves. Head through the jasmine pergola and you will find a swing and slide that will delight younger visitors.
Set over two floors, the interior of the villa has been designed with contemporary style and a few characterful and quirky features, always making the most of the stretching views of the sea. The kitchen has everything you would expect including an impressive AGA and there are large picture book windows which open on to a terrace with stunning sea-views. An en-suite double on this level also has its own balcony and beautiful sea views.
On the lower garden level you’ll find a TV den with comfy sofas, also an ideal playroom for kids wishing to escape the afternoon sun. The three bedrooms on this level are colourful and pretty with doors opening up to the gardens or terraces, some with glimpses of the sea. Extras such as air-conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi and satellite TV are added home-comforts.
New for 2020, the higher rental price includes a lovely 2-bedroom apartment set just above the villa. Enjoying wonderful sea-views from every room, this is ideal for accompanying family or perhaps older teens.
You can wander down the hill to Eze-Sur-Mer in under twenty minutes where you will find two beach restaurants including the exclusive Anjuna, known to be one of the best places to eat on the French Riviera.
There’s watersports on the beach, cafès and even a train station which will whisk you away to Monaco within a few minutes. Keen walkers can hike up to the stunning medieval village of Eze with shady squares, narrow lanes and mesmerizing views. Fine diners will appreciate the Michelin starred Chevre D’Or as well as other restaurants with amazing sea views.
Beautiful Beaulieu is just a ten-minute drive away with its palm fringed beach, glitzy boutiques and excellent restaurants, where you can experience all the glamour of the French Riviera, whilst Nice is just a little further.
There’s a wealth of activities in the area such as tennis, cycling and golf plus a great variety of watersports. In the evening you can discover the exciting nightlife from casinos to prestigious bars and clubs as well as the excellent places to dine across the region.
Even with the French Riviera on your doorstep, as you gaze at the deep blue Mediterranean from the poolside terrace, summer kitchen or relaxing gardens it will be hard to leave your blissful surroundings.

The village circles around the fortified castle, the streets are steep and uneven and there are souvenir shops and pretty cafes to discover. There’s an interesting botanic garden to visit just above the village with stunning vistas as well as a diverse range of plants and flowers. The village can get busy in the summer so head there early to avoid the searing sun and enjoy it at its best.
Beautiful Beaulieu is just a ten-minute drive away with its palm fringed beaches, glitzy boutiques and excellent restaurants, where you can experience all the glamour of the French Riviera. There are two beaches here, each with fine shingle, good facilities and lovely calm waters. The setting of Plage de la Petite Afrique is particularly stunning.
There’s a wealth of activities in the area such as tennis, cycling and golf plus a great variety of watersports. In the evening you can discover the exciting nightlife from casinos to prestigious bars and clubs as well as the excellent places to dine across the region.
Extravagant and unique Monaco is ten kilometres away and can reached by car or train. Shoppers will love the designer names on show in many of the principality’s boutiques or for a different experience immerse yourself in the daily Codamine Market, full of Provençal delights. Explore the warren of streets in the old town leading to the Palace, discover one of the many gardens or live the high-life in Monte Carlo’s cafès, restaurants and casinos.
The charming city of Nice (25km) is just half an hour by car with its Promenade du Paillon park running from the city to the sea, flower markets on Cours Saleya and many art galleries and museums.
You are also only half an hour from the Italian border too, the pretty seaside town of Menton (20km) is just about on the French side or head further east to Sanremo (50km), Italy’s answer to Monte Carlo.

Amazing villa
Amazing villa. Customer service was good considering the amount of work that they would have had during lockdown.

Amazing time!
The villa is set in very extensive grounds with plenty of shade. It is at the top of Eze sur Mer up a very steep road that is a good 20 minutes of aerobic exercise!
The villa is very well made with thick walls and generous space in the lounge and the kitchen which is very nice and easy to eat in as well. There is also a mini building with shower tables and chairs barbecue etc at the end of the large infinity pool. Good air conditioning throughout and individual room controls.
We had a really lovely family holiday with great food mainly acquired in the markets, bakeries and SuperU supermarket in a Beaulieu-sur-Mer which is 10 mins away. Thank you again for the champagne Sancerre and provisions that were in the villa. -
Stunning Holiday!
The villa was beautiful - gorgeous views and super nice lay out and room configuration. Highly recommend this property as a wonderful location in south of France for a world class holiday!

Wonderful Villa!
We had an incredible week holiday in Eze at the Villa. The view is just breathtaking and the Villa is appointed as such that both the outdoor and indoor sitting area gives you the most incredible uninterrupted views over the Cote D'Azur. Truly one of the best views we've ever seen. The Villa is very well laid out with the kitchen opening to the outside deck making it very easy to cook and entertain outside with a brilliant outdoor eating area under the shade. Plenty of sun-loungers and beds in different areas around the pool (including very cool pool house) which makes it great to lounge around sun bathing throughout the day to capture the sun (or shade if you prefer). We had a 5 month old baby with us and it was so perfect for swimming with her and allowing her to play and nap in the shade and for us to sit in the sun. Also with one of the en-suite bedrooms situated on the ground floor it was great for putting the baby down whilst still being close when in the pool / outside. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size and the whole villa is kept very cool in the day and night with the AC. With the villa being high on the hill it provides some gentle breeze and cool air during the summer heat. The kitchen is very well stocked with all amenities and the BBQ area outside is a great addition. The Villa and outdoor pool area is very well laid out and you feel private and secure and not overlooked. Shops and restaurants are very nearby and easy to access and it's only a short drive (30mins) from nice airport. Monte Carlo is a stone’s throw away and can be reached by train at the bottom of the hill or drive in 10mins. The neighbouring town of Beaulieu, Cap d’Ail and Cap Ferrat have great harbours, restaurants beaches, shops and activities for all ages. Also just at the bottom of the hill is the incomparable restaurant/beach bar Anjuna which provides fantastic food with an awesome vibe. It's an excellent location for proximity to Monte Carlo and other ports, with a truly amazing view and very comfortable and well appointed villa. Thanks!
