Bright and contemporary Maison Attrape Reves occupies a peaceful position on a hillside close to the coast in the beautiful Côte d'Azur region. With the sea just a 10-minute drive away and hiking paths on the doorstep, it's easy to get out and explore all the scenic landscapes that surround the villa.
With its fresh, white interior and comfortably furnished rooms, Maison Attrape Reves is a tranquil haven to return to after long days in the sun. There's a feeling of the seaside from the stone and marine-toned colour palette used throughout, with pieces of distressed wooden furniture adding to the nautical theme.
Each room is full of light, with the open-plan living/dining space with kitchen benefitting from a whole wall of glass sliding doors. These open directly onto the large pool terrace and allow the fresh air to flow through as you unwind on the sofa or enjoy a family meal.
The villa has a total of four bedrooms, all finished to a high quality standard and offering access to a balcony terrace or outside space. The lower-ground floor bedroom and its ensuite are especially luxurious.
You're sure to be spending most of your time in and around the attractive pool terrace. Not only is there a swimming pool for refreshing dips, but also areas for al fresco dining and chilling out with a drink.
The resort of Saint-Aygulf is 10 minutes away by car and offers a variety of shops, restaurants and other amenities. Despite the rocky shoreline, you'll find some sandy beaches along the coast here, as well as calm waters for swimming and coves for snorkelling.
Plenty of water sports are also on offer at Saint-Aygulf, with the chance to hire jet skis as an exciting way to enjoy the water. A leafy park close to the shore is ideal for taking a picnic and relaxing in the shade after a morning spent on the beach.
Other coastal spots that are easy to reach from the villa include Fréjus, Sainte-Maxime and famous Saint-Tropez. These towns are all within a 45-minute drive and offer a mix of historic sightseeing, beaches and fun parks for children.

About the surrounding area of Maison Attrape RevesIn a residential area with hiking paths just minutes away, Maison Attrape Reves boasts a quiet and relaxed hillside setting. The nearest amenities are just a five-minute drive away, including some shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, bank and supermarket. You can be at the coast in less than 10 minutes, with a lovely shady park by the rocky shoreline in which to enjoy picnics and leisurely strolls.
Less than 20 minutes away by car is the fascinating town of Fréjus (10km). It's full of historic buildings and sites, such as the ruins of a Roman amphitheatre, theatre and aqueduct. The Archaeological Museum and medieval cathedral are both well worth a visit. Another historic town within easy reach is Saint-Raphaël (11km), with 19th-century Notre Dame de la Victorie Basilica and a medieval tower being the highlights.
Running for around 8km along the coast between Fréjus and Saint-Tropez is Les Issambres (9km). This stretch features lots of rocky coves, inlets and sandy beaches. One of the most popular beaches is at Saint-Aygulf (3km), which is less than a 10-minute drive from the villa. Close to the sandy stretch here are several restaurants and ice cream shops; making it a fantastic spot for family days out.
Both lively Saint-Tropez (33km) and its quieter neighbour, Sainte-Maxime (18km) are within an hour's drive of the villa. Saint-Tropez has long been associated with the rich and famous, with its legendary beach and party scene. But there are still plenty of family-friendly attractions in and around the town, such as the ancient citadel and the water park, Aqualand (20km).

Best Suited For: All AgesSure to keep all the family entertained is Parc Zoologique de Fréjus (14km), which lies close to the town of Fréjus. Animals housed at this popular zoo include lions, tigers, monkeys and elephants.
Just outside the town of Sainte-Maxime, Aqualand (20km), is a water park that has a great choice of pools, slides, restaurants and shops. You can also relax and stroll through a pretty park.
Just under a 45-minute drive away from the villa is the exciting amusement park, Azur Park (28km). Attractions here include a roller coaster, water slide, carousel, big wheel and side show games. You can also get family-friendly meals from the restaurant on site.

Lovely, spacious, modern villa
Lovely spacious, modern Villa. Very good facilities, both inside and out. There’s air con in every room, a laundry room and masses of storage.
Around the pool there are plenty of loungers, a large dining table with umbrellas, outdoor games, including an area to play boules.
Beaches, shops, bars etc are all close by, but you do need a car. -
Amazing villa
Superb Villa!! Fully equipped, all what we needed was there that made our holiday really great and relaxing. The outdoor space with swimming pool is a dream…makes it great for the whole family. Absolutely recommend.
