Villa Liliane is all about style and beauty in a wonderful spot at the top of Cap D’Antibes, perfectly positioned between Juan-Les-Pins and the charming old town of Antibes.

Reminiscent of La Belle Époque, the interiors have been gracefully designed with such characterful style alongside contemporary flair. The attention to detail is outstanding whether you are gazing towards the sea and mountains from the upper lounge and roof terrace or dining al-fresco on the beautifully tiled terrace with its smart barbecue.

Each of the six en suite bedrooms are so delightful, especially the main ground floor double with its exquisite chandelier, lovely living area and garden views or the pretty pink double and twin. The sixth bedroom is in an independent annexe with its own living area and little kitchen, great for visiting grandparents or teens eager for their personal space.

Relax in the shade of the al-fresco lounge overlooking the most glorious garden and swim in the tranquil swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean plants, palms and olive trees. Enjoy a sundowner on the upper terrace as the sun sets to the west before heading inside to soak up your elegant surroundings.

In a quiet neighbourhood, Villa Liliane is a stroll away to Juan-Les-Pins, a chic seaside resort which is much-loved due to its fantastic coastline and vibrant restaurants. Look out for summer private beach clubs, a wealth of watersports and boat trips or seek shade amongst the pine trees in the Jardin de la Pinède.

It’s also just 2km from the heart of historic Antibes, a captivating old town with its 16th century fortress and ramparts, Picasso museum and warren of narrow lanes with atmospheric bistros and cafes. Meanwhile, keen walkers can admire the outstanding natural beauty of the Cap D’Antibes and its idyllic bays by following the Sentier de Tirepoil trail.  

Cannes is also so near whilst Nice and Monaco can be visited for a grand day out. Alternatively, head into the hills to discover beautiful market towns and flower-filled hilltop villages with wonderful restaurants, art studios and more breathtaking landscapes of this captivating region.

Villa Liliane is situated at the top of Cap d’Antibes, in an attractive neighbourhood between the chic seaside resort of Juan-Les-Pins and the old town of Antibes.

It’s just over a kilometre to the beaches at the southern end of Juan-Les-Pins where you will find both public and private beaches, some with beautifully positioned restaurants, loungers for hire and waiter service. Juan-Les-Pins is a great spot for watersports including paddleboards, sea-kayaks, diving, parasailing and more. Boat trips depart for tours around Cap d’Antibes or across to the gorgeous Lérins Islands near Cannes.

The old town in Antibes is around 2km away, a charming place to explore with its 16th century fortress and winding lanes filled with pretty restaurants, shops, art galleries (including Musée Picasso) and a lovely covered Provençal market.

The Cap d’Antibes itself is a remarkable area of outstanding natural beauty and walking is an especially wonderful way to admire the coastal scenery. Hike to little bays that are difficult to reach and follow the Sentier de Tirepoil trail. You may prefer just driving the short distance to one of the peninsula’s main beaches such as Plage de la Garoupe (2.5km) with its trendy beach clubs and sparkling clear sea or Plage des Ondes for idyllic sunsets.

Cannes is only 11km by car (or a 10-minute journey by train from Juan-Les-Pins) with its fine beaches, more watersports and many boat trips whilst Nice (24km) and Monaco (50km) are also brilliant days out by car or train.

If you wish to spend time discovering the Côte d'Azur hinterland, head to some of the beautiful hilltop villages such as Biot (9km) and Mougins (15km), spend Friday morning soaking up the atmosphere of the Provençal market in Valbonne (17km) or learn about France’s perfume heritage in Grasse (27km). There are also many picturesque walks through the Valmasque forest, including a much-loved hike along the Brague River between Valbonne and Biot.

Stroll down to the seaside resort of Juan-Les-Pins and enjoy all the activities from watersports to boat trips, not to mention the lovely sandy beaches, some public and others private with summer beach clubs. For a change of scene, Jardin de la Pinède is the perfect place to seek shade from the sun and for kids to burn off energy in the playground.

There are also many family attractions around Antibes, especially just north of the town where you will find various water or amusement parks such as Marineland, Kid’s Island, Aquasplash, Pirate’s Island and Adventure Golf.

Villeneuve-Loubet is another good area for families with two theme parks, football pitches and a tree-top adventure course, as well as a good beach with watersports and boat hire.

Heading inland, the Valmasque forest is a lovely place for family walks with plenty of space for picnics. A stroll around the Etang de Fontmerle is a bird-watchers paradise and especially pleasant when the lotuses are in bloom.

Security deposit €10,000 charged by the owner to client’s credit card as a pre-authorisation one month before arrival and refunded one month after departure at the latest, subject to full inspection.
