Offering a relaxed, homely atmosphere throughout this spacious villa, there is no better place to spend quality time with your loved ones! Villa Mathew is located in the popular Champion’s Gate resort just outside of Orlando, with complimentary use of the resort’s fantastic amenities!
As soon as you step inside the front door, it feels as though you are walking into your own home, with relaxed furnishings and a warm ambience that encourages you to put your feet up and relax. The villa’s interiors blend white modern styles with colourful walls and features, making each room feel bright and lively.
As you enter on the ground floor, the villa opens out into a fabulous family room, with an open-plan layout and doors to the terrace. The space feels bright and open, perfect for relaxed afternoons and sociable evenings with the whole group gathering together in one room. Within the space, the modern kitchen features a sociable breakfast bar so all the guests can gather around as the nominated cooks prepare delicious meals throughout the day! At the back of the room, next to the bright patio doors, guests can enjoy curling up on the large corner sofa or chatting around the spacious dining table. The garage also hosts a small games room with an air-hockey table, ping-pong and a TV with a games console, popular with adults and kids alike!
Throughout the villa there are nine bedrooms, with space for twenty-two guests, perfect for large family gatherings or groups of friends that want to experience all that Orlando has to offer! On the ground floor of the villa there is a master suite and a further en-suite double bedroom. Upstairs, guests can choose between three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite, as well as four twin bedrooms and a large bedroom, offering two bunk beds, both with double beds on the bottom, so comfortably sleeping six in one room, perfect for kids that want to share, with each night feeling like a sleepover!
Downstairs, as you step out to the terrace, whether it is day or night you can enjoy tranquil moments with your loved ones. The private swimming is pool is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days or after busy days exploring Orlando. You can sit back on a sun lounger or sip a chilled glass of wine around the dining table, soaking in the relaxed atmosphere. Villa Mathew has something to please each and every guest!
What you should know…
- The outside space to the back of the house is protected with a permanent anti-mosquito structure, great for providing privacy as well!
- Pool heating is recommended from November until April and is an additional cost
- The outdoor spa is not a hot tub, it is only heated to the same temperature as the pool if pool heating is added

Villa Mathew has been designed with kids in mind, built within a fabulous, family-friendly resort, just a short drive from the endless entertainment on offer in the Orlando parks! The villa offers a private oasis, with space for everyone to relax after busy days exploring, and access to the resorts facilities, providing entertainment for any kids that still have some extra energy!
Within the villa itself, the large open-plan living space, with its luxury and modern features allows kids to feel like one of the adults, sitting at the breakfast bar, sinking into the large sofas and dining with the adults around the sophisticated dining table. The open-plan nature of the room let adults and children all co-exist in one space, with parents socialising together, keeping a quiet eye on kids lounging on the sofas or splashing in the pool.
Outside, the pool is always popular with kids and adults alike. There is a fence around the entire terrace, so kids will be safe and secure, however with no fence around the actual pool we would recommend keeping an eye on younger children around the water edge.
With a second living space on the upper floor, there is also the opportunity for kids and adults to spend time apart, with the kids watching movies upstairs, whilst adults enjoy quiet time downstairs. The upstairs bunk room is perfect for kids staying, with space for six of them to sleep together, making each night feel like a sleepover! The games room downstairs also adds a playful atmosphere to the villa, perfect for children!
Located within the luxury Champions Gate Resort, the villa is safe and secure, with outstanding family-friendly facilities and amenities, including grand clubhouses, swimming pools, splash parks, lazy rivers, children’s play areas, golf courses and fantastic restaurants – plenty to keep the little ones occupied without having to leave the resort!

| End of stay cleaning included? | Stays of 5 nights or less require a $130 cleaning fee. To be paid at time of booking. Most passport holders can get an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) through the Visa Waiver Programme, which allows travel to the US for up to 90 days.
