Welcome to this modern and spacious home in the gated community of Champion’s Gate. Villa Chloe is a stunning property with extra features that give it a touch of luxury and will sleep up to 16 guests. There are two master bedrooms on the ground floor and six bedrooms upstairs.
This eight-bedroom villa has a wonderfully large and bright communal living space. Almost the entirety of the ground floor is one big room, meaning up to 16 of you can enjoy the space together. There’s a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen complete with an American (of course) fridge-freezer, and a living area with comfy leather sofas, DVD cabinet and a 60 inch flat screen TV.
The garage has been converted into a themed games room with a ping pong table, Foosball, Playstation 3 and a 32 inch smart TV. Want more? This villa will not disappoint as upstairs is a cinema room with an 80 inch Smart TV, free NetFlix & VuDu Access and PlayStation 4 with two controllers. It also has its own bar so nip out to the supermarket and fill with your favourite tipple!
On the second floor are the remaining bedrooms and a cinema room with 80" Smart TV, Free NetFlix & VuDu Access and PlayStation 4 with two controllers.
Fancy a swim? This pool has a spill over whirlpool and faces south with no rear neighbours. There is large deck which also offers plenty of shade, comfy sunloungers and pool furniture plus a child saftey fence if needed.
If you're having a day away from the parks, there’s plenty of fun to be found on your doorstep with the shared facilities Champion’s Gate has to offer. The kids won’t know where to start between the splash pools, slides, inflatables, arcade games, beach volleyball and even a playroom just for the littlest ones in the group. For the grownups? You can flirt with the idea of exercising on holiday, thanks to the on-site gym or by swimming the odd length in the large communal pools. There’s also the sports bar, multiple eateries to choose from and for the keen golfers amongst you, two championship golf courses are at your fingertips.

Most passport holders can get an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) through the Visa Waiver Programme, which allows travel to the US for up to 90 days. You should complete an online pre-registration form on the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) website, before you travel.
