Townhouse Roxy is located in the gated resort of ChampionsGate and guests staying here have complimentary use of the communal amenities on offer.
This lovely home is on 2 levels; downstairs is an open plan kitchen with everything you need to make your favourite meal or snuggle up in the lounge area to watch TV after a busy day at the parks! Step out from the dining area to a private patio and plunge pool, or relax with a cold drink under the shaded lanai. There is a double bedroom on this floor with a shower room next door.
The remaining bedrooms are upstairs including the master double with an en-suite bathroom, a third double bedroom and a bunk bedroom which will sleep 3 children. All bedrooms have their own TV and there is a family bathroom.

What you should know…
- Whilst the property hosts nine guests, one of the bedrooms has a bunk bed best suited for children (up to three), meaning a maximum of six adults can be accommodated!
- Please book in advance before visiting theme parks and attractions to avoid any disappointment!
- The house has a private plunge pool to cool off so if you are hoping to swim some lengths you may want to head to the Resort's community pool.

Let out the child in you alongside your kids in a land that promises enchantment and enjoyment, with a climate that compliments the getaway vibe! The sublime interiors are jazzy, yet homely enough for you to relax comfortably with or without your family members, and its four bedrooms allow you to invite extended family members and friends!
While children watch films on the wall-mounted television, head into the fully-equipped kitchen to produce fancy feasts with southern sauces and lip-smacking tasty drinks! It's extra handy when you don't feel like leaving the villa, or the fuel yourself for the experiences that lie ahead. When its time to retreat to the bedroom, kids can extend the day with televisions in each room, and a charming, bright room has been laid with a bunk bed upstairs, making it perfect for younger guests. The master bedroom also sits up here, along with a room with a queen-size bed in another room, which can sleep the older children and adults. Downstairs, another bedroom provides even more space and access to the patio, providing seclusion from the outside yet allowing sunlight and blue skies to reign overhead through the shaded lanai! Roman steps in the plunge pool ensure anyone can take a soak or have a splash!
