Klayton Townhouse is a modern home located in the luxurious Retreat at Champions Gate Resort. It has four bedrooms accommodating eight guests, with access to a private plunge pool and the Resort's facilities, it is the perfect place to enjoy the amazing sites of Florida from.
The townhouse has an open-plan ground floor with a kitchen, dining room and living room. Upon opening the front door, you enter the hallway with lots of space where you can drop off shoes and bags, before heading into the fabulous open-plan, entertaining space. The fully-equipped kitchen is nestled in the corner looking out over the rest of the room, creating a social feel for the whole room! Featuring a breakfast bar, guests can hang out and enjoy a bite to eat, soaking in the social atmosphere and keeping those cooking company! With the dining room located just across the room, serving up dinner is simple. The dining table can seat six guests comfortably, and the stylish pendant lighting creates a more intimate feel to the otherwise open space, perfect for family dinners away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. After dinner you can relax onto the large corner sofa, this cosy space is great for continuing the conversation with a glass of wine, or just chilling out in front the flat-screen television with some treats.
There are four bedrooms in Klayton Townhouse, with the first being on the ground floor with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. Early risers might enjoy being downstairs, making the most of the kitchen without disturbing the other guests! The remaining bedrooms are upstairs and are all simple but comfortable. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and twin beds respecitively, and share a family shower room. Each bedroom also has a television, giving each guest the opportunity to enjoy a little quiet time in front of the television.
Outside, the terrace is walled and has no rear neighbours, so there is plenty of privacy while enjoying the private pool. There is also space to catch the hot sun on the sun loungers before heading into the shady lanai to cool down a little. The lanai is also home to some outdoor furniture. This is an ideal spot to enjoy a good book and a few snacks as you relax into your wonderful escape to Florida.

Best Suited For: All AgesKlayton Townhouse is a superb holiday home to bring the family to. There are fun features as well as practical ones that make holidaying with children a little easier. The separate utility room with a washer and dryer is ideal clean up after mucky kids have explored the resorts playgrounds, and the open-plan space lets you keep an eye on them while they play. The kitchen has plenty of storage space to fill the cupboards with snacks and treats that the kids are sure to love! The private plunge pool always puts a big smile on children’s faces no matter the age. Pick up some inflatables to add hours of entertainment and enjoy watching them splash around in the cool water. You can also rest assured the kids will be safe outside, the garden is walled and has no rear neighbours, so there is plenty of privacy. There is also a pool safety fence for the youngest of travellers, and the whole outdoors is protected from mosquitos for added comfort and peace of mind.
With Walt Disney World a short drive away, there is great reason for kids to get excited. You can use the whole day to explore the incredible park, visiting each of the different themed areas and enjoying not only the rides but live shows and performances too! Look out for Mickey and his friends and be sure to get a photo of the kids meeting their favourite characters. A great tip is to download the parks app, here you can see queue times, but it also has free games the kids can enjoy while they patiently wait for the rides. Just be sure to check the height restrictions before you visit to avoid any disappointment.
The Resort also has exceptional services that the whole family can enjoy. The lazy river is a popular ride in the Resort, where you can bob up and down as you float around the Resort and laugh alongside the children. For a little more excitement, visit one of the Resort's playgrounds and make the most of the great toys and swings available. Older children may enjoy a little sport on the tennis or volleyball courts. These are also a great place for children to meet others their own age and enjoy playing with new friends! You’ll need prior authorisation to enter the United States, either through a visa, a Permanent Resident Card, or the Visa Waiver Programme. Most passport holders can get an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) through the Visa Waiver Programme, which allows travel to the US for up to 90 days.
