Clinton Townhouse is a comfortable four-bedroom home sleeping up to eight guests. Located in The Retreat at Champions Gate Resort, the property has access to the amazing services the resort provides. Whether you are looking to enjoy lazy afternoons by the private pool or adventurous days at the Florida theme parks; you can do it all from Clinton Townhouse.
The open-plan ground floor makes for a fantastic place for the group to gather and joy wonderful holiday time together, free from the interruptions and the stresses of everyday life. The living room has a large corner sofa that all the guests can enjoy together, taking time to relax and unwind watching your favourite television shows. There is also plenty of space for fun games, just clear the coffee table and enjoy a game of charades after an evening meal together. The dining room has large glass doors to the pool, bringing plenty of light onto the table during the day. The round table is ideal for catching up on the day’s activities and enjoying a cool glass of wine over dinner. The kitchen completes the open-plan space. Looking out towards the rest of the room, you can continue to enjoy a chat while preparing some delicious food. The kitchen has everything you need to create both new and old dishes, with plenty of space for extra helping hands. The breakfast bar is ideal for grabbing a quick breakfast before heading out to the theme parks for another day of exploring.
The bedrooms are split across the two floors with a queen-sized bedroom downstairs and the remaining bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a king-sized bed for extra comfort. The remaining two bedrooms are home to a queen-size bed and twin beds respectively, and both share a good size family shower room.
Outside, the property boasts its very own private pool and terrace area. The pool is perfect for a quick dip and cooling off from the hot sun, but is not best suited for swimming a few lengths. The surrounding terrace houses a couple of sun loungers - these really are the perfect way to dry off! You can make use of the home's barbecue area under the shady lanai to cook up a storm, using the outdoor dining area to banquet under the stars. Clinton Townhouse is the perfect home from home during your stay in Florida!

Best Suited For: All AgesClinton Townhouse is a wonderful home to bring the children to. There are great fun features as well as simple practicalities that will make you stay as enjoyable and easy as possible. The property's utility room has a washer and dryer to clean up the little ones after a mucky day exploring the parks. There is also a highchair and cot available upon request for the smallest of travellers. The townhouse's private pool is sure to be a family favourite. The kids can enjoy water fights at fun pool games, or even just relax in the water to cool down. The terrace is walled and covered with a mosquito net, so you can rest assured that pool time is both safe and private. After an amazing day of exploring the surrounding area, cook up a big barbecue to put a huge smile on the children's faces and enjoy dining in your private pool terrace. When the kids are finally tired out, they can relax on the sofa and enjoy some television before bed.
The Resort has some excellent facilities to offer family and children. There are numerous tennis and volleyball courts to enjoy some exercise and gentle competition. There also lessons available from the professional coaches if you want to improve your skills or even learn from scratch. Every Saturday the Resort hosts a family movie night at the communal pool. The whole family can relax in the water and enjoy a great movie. The lazy river is another really fun feature, grab an inflatable and float around the Resort and enjoy laughing with the little ones as they bob up and down in the calming waters. Afterwards, head to the restaurant to take a night off cooking and enjoy the lively atmosphere!
Walt Disney World is just a short drive away from the townhouse, so the kids won't have to contain their excitement for very long. Visit as many of the incredible areas you can and take advantage of the huge array of activities. | End of stay cleaning included? | Extra $115 for stays less than 7 nights, paid at time of booking. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Most passport holders can get an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) through the Visa Waiver Programme, which allows travel to the US for up to 90 days.
