This wonderful living space is incredibly warm and welcoming, with a beautiful open-plan design connecting the lounge, dining room and kitchen. There are patio doors throughout the space, with one set in the kitchen, one in the lounge and one in between, flooding the space with natural light! There are two sofas in the lounge where you can get cosy in front of the satellite TV, and a comfortable lounging chair on the way to the dining room. A modern and sleek kitchen, fully fitted with tons of contemporary kit, invites you to cook up a storm for the whole group!
Head upstairs to find all three enchanting bedrooms, all on the first floor. The master bedroom has a comfy double bed at its heart, and a stunning ensuite bathroom with a shower, and is complete with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool. There is a second double bedroom and a twin room, which also enjoys a balcony, all of which feature fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom on this floor has a bathtub and shower, and there’s an additional guest WC downstairs.
And finally, step outside into this delightful pool terrace, where you’ll find a gorgeous garden for the whole group to gather for a little socialising, swimming and sunbathing! With alfresco dining and countless sunbeds around the pool, you should have all of the luxury facilities and space you need to enjoy the fresh air and dazzling sunshine of Cyprus! And the jewel in the crown of this incredible home – a poolside Jacuzzi, for all your relaxation desires!

About the surrounding area of Villa DioneJust minutes away, Protaras is a vibrant town which extends along the eastern coast of Paralimni and stretches for 10km from Kapparis to Konnos. Lined with beaches with stunning crystal clear waters, many of them accredited with the prestigious Blue Flag status, this is a fabulous choice for a relaxing holiday.
The most popular beach in Protaras is the Fig Tree Bay, tucked at the southern end of the town’s charming promenade. With a small sandy island just off the coast, it is a great choice for snorkelling, with plenty of vibrant fish to admire, and the promenade offers tons of bars, cafes and restaurants for rests and refuelling in between dips. Here you will also find Protaras’ water sports hub, where you can enjoy an unforgettable day of activity, be it on it a jet-ski, banana boat, water skis or surfboard!
More laid-back than the nearby Ayia Napa, the town has plenty of places to eat and a lively main street lined with bars and clubs yet is combined with a much more relaxed approach to life. Yet, famous for its wild nightlife, Ayia Napa also has a peaceful side, with cobbled streets, tavernas and a Medieval monastery to visit, providing a well-rounded holiday experience for the discerning traveller! | End of stay cleaning included? | Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |
