It is light and airy with huge doors and windows drowning the beautiful space in natural light. The chef’s dream of a kitchen is very spacious with the best appliances and plenty of workspace. Next to this is an attractive dining table and chairs, or alternatively you can dine alfresco on the terrace. Your welcome goodie box includes tea, coffee, juices, milk, Nespresso capsules, filter coffee, wine, water, beer, coca-cola, sugar, biscuits, bread, butter, jams, cereals, meats, cheese, eggs, smoked salmon, oil, pasta, pasta sauce, biscuits, fruit, crisps, washing powder and kitchen roll.
A beautiful marble staircase leads you upstairs where you will discover three delightful bedrooms. The elegant master enjoys a gorgeous parquet floor, a comfy kingsize bed, a fabulous, immaculate ensuite shower room and a private balcony with extensive, stunning sea views. The second and third bedrooms are equally lovely, both boasting beds that can be set up as kings or twin beds. One is generally set up as a king and the other twins, unless guests request an alternative arrangement. One of the bedrooms enjoys a balcony with beautiful sea views. They share a wonderful family shower room.
The terrace and garden are splendid. The terrace offers shaded alfresco dining and a shaded lounge area with luxurious furnishings. The villa enjoys a barbecue and an outdoor sink and worksurface. Sun seekers enjoy luxury loungers by the inviting swimming pool, the perfect spot for enjoying your holiday reads. The beautifully landscaped garden is very pretty with a wonderful selection of greenery and colourful plants.

About the surrounding area of Villa KaskavalliVilla Kaskavalli is located in a new development on the exclusive, prestigious Aphrodite Hills Resort, just outside of Paphos. The airport is just 15 minutes away, so in no time you will be relaxing at your villa planning your golf rounds, tennis matches and visits to the renowned spa. As well as enjoying resort facilities, in this location you can enjoy the peace and unspoilt attractions of Cyprus’ south-west corner. The Aphrodite Hills Resort, overlooking the fabled birthplace of the Greek goddess of love, slopes town to the shimmering waters of the Med, perfect for relaxing beach days and enjoying the sun’s rays.
The resort is very close to Pissouri Village and Beach with its unique Cypriot character. During the summer the village hosts a ‘Cyprus night’ in the delightful traffic free village square with dancing and music. The views from Pissouri Village are spectacular. It is possible to see the shore line all the way to Limassol and to the north you can see the magnificent Troodos range, including Mount Olympus, the highest mountain on the island.
Bonamare Beach offers a beautiful combination of sand, pebbles and crystal clear water. It is delightful and child friendly. Aphrodite Hills offers a shuttle service to the beach so you can enjoy some cocktails in the bar there. The resort also offers sun loungers and water to guests, perfect for a wonderful relaxing beach day.
Paphos Old Town is a recognised site of historic and archaeological importance. The Ancient Greeks believed Aphrodite rose from the sea at Paphos. The entire town is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. For a cultural day out you can visit the Tomb of the Kings just outside the northern walls of Paphos Town and Kato Paphos Archaeological Park which houses impressive Roman mosaics. Later, you can enjoy a wonderful stroll, mesmerised by the bustling scene in the Old Town and a delicious dinner. The market is wonderful and great for picking up little gifts.
You may feel like heading for the mountains one day. Within the cool pine and cedar forests of the Troodos mountains you will discover some spectacular churches. Ten have been awarded World Heritage Status in recognition of their incredibly detailed and vibrant Byzantine frescoes.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Kaskavalli is perfect for a family holiday. There is so much entertainment in the resort plus children between the age of 3 and 12 enjoy free access to the Aphrodite Hills Kid’s Club during their stay. Here there is a wonderful range of activities including water games, arts and crafts, talent shows, dance, sports and so much more. The resort offers a Dream Team Soccer School which can be books for young footballers who will have the chance to improve their skills through professional coaching. Tennis coaches are also available. Both require additional fees. There is a creche available for children from 3 months to 3 years old during high season but this also is not free to villa guests. The swimming pools at the resort are absolutely incredible, every child’s dream. They will definitely come away from this resort feeling that they have had the best holiday ever.
Thrill-seeking children enjoy the fabulous waterparks on the island. The one in the resort is part of the hotel so not included in the facilities offered to villa guests. The others are Fassouri Watermania in Limassol and Waterworld Waterpark in Famagusta. Another excellent excursion is to the amazing Ocean Aquarium, home to more than 1000 species such as piranhas, stingrays, turtles, crocodiles and penguins. It is a great day out in beautiful 12500 sqm of tropical gardens.
Another great outing is an organised authentic tour from Paphos to visit the unique five domed church of St Paraskevi, a traditional house in Letymbou, St Neophytos Monastery as well as seeing how halloumi and turkish delight are made, visiting a pottery workshop and tasting local wines. It is very interesting for children. You will also enjoy some traditional Cypriot cuisine during the trip.
