Located near the centre of the island of Pag, Villa Lovrenco is a spectacular villa comprising four separate units each with a kitchen and living space, with one immense shared garden, for a large group of very lucky guests!
The interiors are simply wonderful, incorporating the traditional Croatian stone with more contemporary styles and textures. On the ground floor, the kitchen and dining room are set up in an open-plan style, with tons of space, sparkling white and wood surfaces and plenty of comforts. The living area provides a large sofa for relaxing in front of the TV, with a retractable wall right beside it, leading to a glorious outdoor space. Out here on your fantastic first-floor terrace, you can truly admire these breath-taking sea views, with a magnificent jacuzzi providing the perfect spot to do it! An amazing alfresco dining table for 14 stretches the whole length of this upper terrace, while there’s a set of outdoor sofas beside it, all shaded by a number of parasols. From here you can directly access the garden below.
There are three additional apartments incorporated into this villa, each with their own supremely stylish living, dining and kitchen space, with an array of plush L-shaped sofas and totally modern amenities. Each enjoys a private garden space through a set of French doors and the same exceptional standard of living. The seven bedrooms are distributed across the four separate units, including six with a double bed, and one with a single bed above a double in a bunk bed style. Seven bathrooms accompany the bedrooms, with a range of deluxe bathtubs, walk-in showers and elegant double vanity sinks!
Your garden is idyllic, with a thoroughly contemporary design yet incorporating the traditional sandstone walls and native trees and plants. The gorgeous private pool stretches the width of the garden and even features a slide straight into it which the children will adore. From all across the garden you can enjoy these stunning views out across the sea and the other side of Pag island in the distance. Loungers, deck chairs and casual seating all around the pool provide the perfect spot for a little sunbathing, socialising and perhaps even snoozing as you enjoy total calm and tranquillity. There’s an outdoor shower too, so you can rinse off in between dips and resume your sunbathing! And outdoor kitchen to the far side ensures you can cook up a real storm out in the sunshine.

About the surrounding area of Villa LovrencoVilla Lovrenco is located in the most beautiful area to enjoy views across the sea and islands in the distance, as well as to enjoy the best of both the lively and peaceful parts of this interesting island.
The island of Pag is one of over 3,000 islands in Croatia and is famous for its moon-like barren landscape! Wide and shallow beaches across the distinctive landscape make for perfect beach-days, and like the rest of Croatia, it also hosts many fantastic, historic churches! Specialising in cheese and wine production, you must try both before leaving this fabulous island.
The town of Pag itself, a ten-minute drive away, is a calm, quaint destination with several beaches, ports and churches, and depicts the rich history of the island in its architecture. There’s a museum that tells the story of its lace-making past, as well as about its history with salt!
Meanwhile, to the north of the island is the now world-renowned party resort of Novalja, providing you with access to an unforgettable night out, should you wish for one! If not, never fear, it’s far quieter and more peaceful towards this part of the island.
You’re also around just 50km from the dazzling city of Zadar, to the south, which hosts the soothing and enchanting Sea Organ which creates a soft song as the waves wash up against the harbour. Meanwhile, just over two hours south is Split, home to the extraordinary Diocletian Palace, the 4th century palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian! A myriad of enchanting towns and villages and rich history and culture can be found among the undulating countryside of the interior, so it’s well worth venturing back at some point!
Zadar has the nearest international airport, within about 70km from the villa, while ferries are a very popular means of transport throughout Croatia, thanks to its countless port towns all along the coast! Despite being an island, there is a road connecting you to the mainland, making access incredibly easy.

In addition to the superb slide straight into the pool, there’s also a Wendy house and a second, smaller slide to the other side of the garden, right next to a set of casual seats, so you can keep a very close eye on the youngsters.
Whether you fancy kayaking in the sea all around you, rafting along the many inland rivers or taking a hike through the forested interiors, it’s all at your fingertips here! And with so much to explore nearby, you can guarantee making memories to treasure forever, as well as getting a little peace and quiet while the kids get stuck in!
Across the Pag coastline, are countless beaches which offer picturesque cafes and facilities providing fun for the whole family. There are plenty of opportunities to rent boats, kayaks and snorkelling equipment (or even scuba diving if you’re feeling up to it!) to enjoy the pristine beaches and bays.
