Nestled in the northerly part of the small and unspoilt Croatian island of Ciovo is Villa Validis I. A stone’s throw from the coastal front, this is a beautiful and stylishly finished 5-star property, sleeping 8 people between 4 bedrooms and boasts 4 bathrooms. Villa Validis I is the epitome of relaxation, and this is reflected by not only the wonderful coastal views but in the clean finish of traditional stone and stylish glass doors inside and out.
Downstairs, Villa Validis I boasts a very large and open living space that has a fully functional kitchen with all the modern features and a living area with a grand settee for relaxing in front of the big screen television or enjoying the garden and coastal views. Downstairs is complete with an inside dining area, holding enough seats for the whole villa. The living area connects to the wonderful outside terrace area. There is a very stylish and modern feel to this room, pure luxury!
When you ascend the sleek stairs, you reach the upstairs area which features the most impressive part of Villa Validis I. The incredibly large main suite lined, again with panoramic glass doors, holds one of the villas four king size beds, and is beautifully finished, dripping with luxury and equipped with an en-suite and lounge area. The other large bedrooms also have king size beds, and all have an exceptional stylish and clean finish, from which you again enjoy the tremendous views. All bathrooms and en-suites are beautifully modern and finished.
The vast sliding glass doors on all floors allow perfect panoramic views of the coast, mountains and boats dipping in and out of the nearby marina.
Set close to the coast, this villa has truly spectacular views of the ocean front, which you can enjoy from the shared infinity pool or the villas own private large grassed garden area which are both adorned with comfortable and stylish sunbeds to relax on. The outside patio area, complete with dining furniture and BBQ is perfect for family meals together, or to watch the children in the play area within the property garden. The garden is lined with a stone wall surround, making it a safe and private area for children to play freely.

About the surrounding area of Villa Validis IVilla Validis I is located on Ciovo which is a small Island, connected to the mainland by a drawbridge in the nearby Trogir. This villa boasts close proximity to unrivalled scenery of sparkling beaches, traditional Croatian architecture and cliff tops. No more than 5km away lays Okrug beach which is the most popular on the Trogir rivieria and is known locally as Copacabana
Ciovo is essentially an extension of the city Trogir and offers a lot of possibilities for vacation, recreation and swimming, as well as numerous historical monuments. The Mediterranean vegetation, archipelago with small picturesque little islands, mild climate and most beautiful beaches in hidden bays, will certainly make your stay unforgettable.
The local area of Trogir pulls influence from the Greeks, Romans and Venetians and this is reflected in classy, sacral and aristocratic architecture of the local area. The venetian look and feel of the area is so prevalent that many films and television programs have been filmed here. An important industry in the area is shipbuilding, with shipyard "Trogir" established at the beginning of the 20th century and is important for the growth of Croatia’s economy.
The local area has many important historical sites, including the grand church of St. Lawrence which is a large part of its history and is included on UNESCO World Heritage list. Another great attraction is the Kamerlengo church and fortress, dating back from the 15th century and is an impressive church set against the beautiful coast.
For those interested in the fine arts, The Museum of sacred art is hosted in the Late Baroque building on the Trogir main square, with pieces dating from the 18th century. There is a rich collection of early Dalmatian and Venetian sacred paintings
There are many excursions available, from day boat trips, scuba diving and local to the island is the blue lagoon, which is a secluded tropical paradise known for its vivid blue waters and white-sand seabed.

With parent supervision, the infinity pool would provide hours of fun for the children, or for quiet evenings in, the television and Wi-Fi would keep the kids entertained.
The nearby Copacobana beach has a lot of attractions for families and children including cafe bars, restaurants, the beach and lounge bars. There are clubs, crepes and ice cream shops in every corner, deck chairs and enough beach umbrellas for all and a children’s playground near the sea and a large variety of water sports activities. Furthermore, the water is crystal clear, so much so, you can reportedly see stones on the sea bed 4m down.
Excursion companies offer day trips throughout Croatia to several zoos and waterfalls to visit, but if you are renting a car, there is a parking available and enables you to explore the area at your own convenience.

The villa is very luxurious!
Villa Validis I was beautiful, the view from the terrace is wonderful. The villa is very luxurious and modern. We really liked the city of Trogir. We also made other trips to nearby cities, which are close to the villa.

Modernly furnished beachfront villa!
Modernly furnished beachfront villa was good choice for our holiday! All facilities essential for a good vacation, shops, restaurants etc, were within walking distance. We had a good holiday and were sad upon leaving for home!
