The romance and charm of this property is undeniable. We fell in love with it the moment we saw it, with its alluring green shutters, stunning views and the way in which nature ties itself into the building. The villa boasts two bright and airy floors of living space, with a sociable open-plan area alongside cosy, intimate bedrooms. The interiors are smart and stylish, blending old with new and boasting beautiful terraces allowing you to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors.
On the ground floor you will find the open-plan living area. This social room offers ample space to spread out, put your feet up and relax. The kitchen is well-equipped, so you can whip up some tasty, home-cooked meals, with the hardest decision being whether to dine inside or al-fresco on the terrace! This beautiful living space elegantly leads out to a terrace with outdoor dining and far-reaching views.
Throughout the villa, there are three double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. One of these rooms also includes an extra single bed, perfect if you have a little one sleeping with you, or if siblings all want to share! The rooms are simple and bright, with windows peaking out at the views.
With the beach so nearby and a heated private swimming pool on the terrace, there is little reason to leave the villa! Imagine waking up to the sound of the sea, strolling down for a morning swim, before a barbecue lunch, surrounded by your loved ones. Should you decide to explore the surrounding areas, the towns of Rovinj and Split are a short drive away, with colourful cafes, restaurants, shops and harbours to enjoy. You can meander the cobbled streets, soaking in the authentic Croatian atmosphere. There is truly something for everyone!

About the surrounding area of Villa NadaLocation’s do not get much better than this! Villa Nada is located just forty steps from the sea, with the beach only a few meters away from the front door. Stunning views stretch out across the Adriatic, giving guests the unique opportunity to live by the sea in complete privacy, soaking up every moment of rest, sunshine and tranquillity.
The villa is situated in the small Ljunlijeva Bay in Central Dalmatia, with all the amenities of Trogir and Split just a short drive away. The nearest shop and supermarket is about 12 to 15 minutes’ drive from the property and guests can find great restaurants to dine at about 15 to 30 minutes from the villa.
The old town of Trogir is about 30 minutes away. The beautiful, UNESCO protected Trogir is about thirty minutes away. You can saunter around the old Venetian styled town as well as enjoying the slightly racier pace of life, by making good use of the abundance of restaurants, bars and clubs. Trogir Cathedral is easily one of the best architectural structures in Croatia as well as the Cipiko Palace and Kamerlengo Castle, all worth visiting during your stay.
To experience the surreal natural beauty of the area, be sure to visit the Krka National Park, only about an hour’s drive away, and if you have the time – the Plitviče Lakes National Park, about two and a half hours away, is a haven of sparkling turquoise lakes joined across 16 terraces by powerful, beautiful waterfalls. And for a sunny day out on the water, take a ferry from to one of the hundreds of islands of the Adriatic Sea.
Amazingly, the villa is only about 30 minutes from Split airport, making it ideal for the holiday-maker who likes to settle in quickly and not waste time in transit! The town of Split itself is about an hour away and is certainly worth a day trip. Diocletian's Palace, the true heart of Split, is a fantastically preserved Roman monument with UNESCO World Heritage site status! Flourishing with activity, enjoy a stroll through the many independent shops, cafes and restaurants in the day time, and be sure to return in the evening, when the winding streets and narrow avenues come alive with music and chatter! The bars come in all shapes and sizes and can be found tucked away among the trees, through secret doorways and hidden in tiny passageways.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Nada feels as though it has been designed with family holidays in mind, located metres from the sea so kids can swim every day and with a heated pool they can splash and play until their hearts are content all year round. Inside, the open plan living area works perfectly for families, with plenty of room for the whole group to come together, yet spacious enough that you can all spread out. The bedrooms are all doubles, one of which has a separate single bed, ideal for a younger child sleeping in with yourselves, or for siblings that all want to share. A cot and high-chair can be made available, so the villa can easily facilitate even the youngest kids.
Located in a quiet bay, along the Central Dalmatia coastline, this area is well-known for its relaxed and charming atmosphere, suiting most families that want to enjoy some peace and tranquillity whilst still having access to Croatia’s busier historical cities. The area still feels lively in the evenings with a myriad of restaurants and cafes reachable within 15 to 30 minutes. In the day the buzz moves to the local beaches, with families setting up for the day on the beautiful shores, enjoying swimming, snorkelling and the range of water sports available! With bicycle rentals, horse riding, playgrounds, sailing, diving, snorkelling, hiking, kayaking, rafting and jet skiing, you definitely won’t run out of things to do with your kids! The local restaurants tend to serve food from across the Mediterranean, with something to please even the pickiest children. Local favourites are the fresh grilled seafood and a squid-ink risotto that has a dark black colour that some kids absolutely love! If you are looking for something to do as a family, then local boat trips are a great idea. You can visit the different bays around the island, swim in the crystal-clear waters and stop off at numerous beach bars and restaurants.
Positioned between Split and Trogir, both of which have been awarded UNESCO world heritage sites, there is no end to the ancient monuments and historic sites you can explore. The 1700-year-old town of Split is a must visit during your stay, walking to the top of the Cathedral of St.Duje bell tower and whizzing around the city by bike or foot, learning the ancient stories from the cities past.

Great Villa!
It was great (after the initial shock on the way due to the steep slope!) The hosts are very attentive, and the house is very well equipped (2 bedrooms are on the first floor of the house, and one is on the ground floor of studio apartment - which has its own small kitchen and fridge). The large freshwater pool offers a fantastic view of the sea. The pool bar and lounge were absolutely perfect. The garden and grounds are beautiful and spread over several floors, and there are also many places available for a small refuge! 107 steps lead to the crystal clear sea and kept us fit during the holidays. We have relaxed and we recommend Villa Nada!
