This unique three-bedroom villa just 6 minutes from the beach and seconds from the thriving woodland of Marjan reflects the simplicity of life of the Dalmatian coast with the luxury and comfort of a modern masterpiece.

A short drive or 15-minute walk will bring you from the centre of Split to this luxurious villa in the most exclusive part of town. Entering the property, you are greeted by a living area beautifully balanced between ultra-modern and natural, with a night-sky ceiling of stars and rustic stone wall set against sleek black, white and sparkling furniture. A wall of patio doors allows a lovely view of the garden and fills the room with natural light and a warm glow in the afternoon sun. In front of doors there is a huge sofa with room for the whole group, facing the TV, and alongside the large satellite TV, there is a fireplace, perfect for the cooler evenings! All designed in a wonderful open plan, socialising has never been so easy, allowing you more quality time together throughout your stay.

The large kitchen is filled with light from both the patio doors and the second exterior door right next to the sink, leading to the swimming pool. It is fully-equipped and has a large centre island which doubles up as a breakfast bar and is perfect for getting everyone involved with meal preparation! Of course, a popular favourite among children (and big kids!) is the games room, with a pool table, second sofa and TV. Keep yourself entertained whatever the weather in this spacious room with a huge, colourful painting of the infamous Split promenade across the back wall. As if the incredible Adriatic coast wasn’t warm enough, you even have your sauna in which to relax, unwind and take a little time out from the every-day chaos.

There are three bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, ensuite facilities, TVs and access to the garden or terrace. The first room has a fabulous king-size bed placed in front of a colourful painting of Diocletian's Palace, one of the most beautiful buildings of the Adriatic coastline, and just a 15-minute walk from the front door! The second bedroom has a similarly historical painting of the interior of one of the many courtyards of the palace, and a king-size bed. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds, a single bed and a pull-out bed, ideal for those travelling with children. This beautiful room has direct access to the garden via a large glass door. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room. There is an extra bathroom separate from the rooms too, with a shower, WC and basin. All four bathrooms are incredibly luxurious, equipped with fluffy white bath towels, dressing gowns and slippers and beautiful modern facilities. From marble-panelling to soothing spot-lighting or a hydro-massaging bath, each bathroom has something unique and appealing to it.

The garden is vast and varied, with a fantastic large pool area on one of the teak terraces, two dining areas, a children’s play area and even a double-swing among the trees. Perhaps the highlight is the Jacuzzi bath on the patio with room for eight people, under a flowing canopy and enjoying incredible mood lighting in the evenings, truly the most luxurious way in which to enjoy a glass of wine in the fine weather. There’s even an outdoor shower to save you the trip indoors, while lighting lining the terrace and paths creates an atmosphere of tranquillity and calm in the balmy night air.

So close to the town and with private parking to allow you to venture further afield easily, the location is perfect for those looking to both explore the local area, make the most of the proximity to the fabulous beach and woodland, and enjoy a day trip or two across Croatia!
