Villa Aris is a modern, spacious property, situated in a fabulous location surrounded by the unique landscape of the Dalmatian hinterland. This picturesque setting is ideal for a retreat away in the sunshine with your family or friends. With space for up to twelve guests, this spacious holiday home is perfectly suited to large groups or two families travelling together.
The house consists of two bright and airy floors connected by external stairs. There is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, along with a sociable dining and living room space. The living room offers comfy sofas with plenty of room to curl up and relax together. Each of the spaces are modern and stylish, with plenty of natural light and big windows offering views outdoors.
Throughout the house you will find five lovely bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. Each room is large enough so you can all enjoy your own privacy, unpacking your bags and making yourselves at home. This spacious villa offers everything you need and more, so you can spread out and relax, making the most of every moment together with your loved ones.
The villa boasts a big terrace on the first floor with beautiful views across the surrounding countryside. Downstairs, the outside space stretches out, with a barbecue area, table tennis and a big dining table and plenty of room to lounge about and relax. Guests can soak up the Croatian sun by day, reading books and enjoying the views of nature. At night, a glass of chilled wine wouldn’t go amiss, absorbing the relaxed, romantic atmosphere. The large private swimming pool is among the most popular features of this elegant property. Big enough to swim a few lengths in the morning, or to splash and play with kids through the day, you can get your whole group in for a refreshing dip all at once!
Villa Aris has a great location in the charming village of Tugare, makes visiting the bustling town of Omis and the stunning Dugi Rat Beach a breeze, both of which can be found within a short drive. This villa offers something for everyone, an ideal holiday away.

Villa Aris is located in Tugare, a quiet, sleepy village offering the authentic feel of rural life in Croatia. The village itself hosts an ATM and several small eateries. With beaches, cities and glorious countryside all nearby, you can find everything you need and more within a short drive of the villa.
Sand and sea seekers will be thrilled with this location. There are a multitude of beaches and bays scattered across the Dalmatian coast! Nearby, Dugi Rat Beach presents a strip of gravelly shores to kick back and bask in the glorious sunshine and gaze across some the bluest seas you'll find on the continent. Duce beach offers a more traditional beach setting, with golden sand stretching across the shore. This beach also offers refreshment stand and water sports, ideal for families.
From your base in Tugare, you can quickly access Omis and the Centina River. Here, nature lovers can revel in outdoor activities. The Centina River snakes through valleys and forests, creating a magical environment where you can zip-line, cycle and hike, or take to the sky to paraglide! From the riverside, you can pick up a kayak, or head out on a rafting expedition on the rapids!
Throughout Omis and Centina Valley, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Serving familiar flavours from Italy, Europe and across the world you can dine on well-known meals or enjoy an expansive array of flavours and recipes from the native dishes. Cheese, meats, wild vegetables and seafood are among our favourite ingredients to you and don't forget to try truffles, the upper echelon of foods and vino from one of the wine-producing powerhouse countries across the globe!

With Wi-Fi access throughout, kids can relax on the sofas and watch their favourite movies and shows on Netflix, or simply browse and stream on digital devices. The kitchen can be fully stocked with all your favourite foods, snacks, and beverages, keeping little ones satisfied throughout the day!
Sleeping twelve guests there are rooms offers a pair of single beds, perfect for the little ones to share, while double beds can be found in the remaining rooms, well suited to older children and teenagers. A cot is at hand to make sure even the youngest guests can find rest!
Outside, the villa springs to life and offers all the fun your children could imagine! The garden offers plenty of space to run and play, while the outdoor pool will see endless playing and splashing and picture-perfect jumps into the pool! Those who want to take it easy have the comfort of multiple seating areas and sun-loungers to laze in.
The nearby Centina Valley gives guests opportunities to explore nature and adrenaline junkie kids will love the zip-lines! Boat trips are a great option for the entire family, suiting every age group. Kid’s and adults alike will adore the undeniable beauty in Brac, at its beach Zlatni Rat or you can all head to Hvar, one of the most majestic islands across all the Adriatic Sea!
If kids are looking for a day of fun and entertainment, whilst you laze in the Croatian sun, then Duce Beach is the place to be. Golden sand, uncommon around Croatia, sits on the shores and the sea is gentle and calm. The waters are shallow for some distance, making his beach suitable for the youngest of children and even beginner swimmers. The beach hosts everything you need from lifeguards to toilets and showers and guests can hire equipment and furniture to make the day as comfortable as possible. Snorkelling and kayaking are brilliant options for little ones, while older kids can jet ski, water-ski, or try any other water sports on offer. With restaurants and cafes lining the beachfront, you can easily keep the whole family fed and watered, ready for all the adventures ahead!
