Casa Zorja holds a wonderful location just a short distance from the centre of the popular town of Split. Set in a quiet neighbourhood, it offers guests the opportunity to enjoy privacy as well as tranquillity, while a range of helpful amenities and a shopping centre are just a five-minute walk away!
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests across four modern, well-appointed bedrooms. The welcoming entertaining space comprises of a comfortable living room and modern, fitted kitchen with dining facilities and all the tools a budding chef could possibly need to cook up a storm. There are three double bedrooms and a twin room which would be perfect for children, guests staying in these rooms share the use of three bathrooms. For those who wish to stay fit while on holiday, guests have access to a fantastic exercise area with an assortment of gym equipment, while a small playroom area is provided for the little ones. The cool chill out area complete with comfy sofas and a pool table makes a fantastic space for the adults to retreat to once the children have gone to bed!
The outdoor space is truly fantastic, the private swimming pool is the perfect place to take a dip and cool off in the Croatian sunshine or simply choose to lounge on the side with a good book! The covered terrace makes a wonderful spot for the whole group to gather at the end of the day for a yummy barbecue and enjoy a meal al fresco. The play area complete with swings, a slide and play house which is bound to keep the little ones occupied for hours.

- While amenities are reachable on foot, we recommend hiring a car in order to reach Split, nearby beaches and explore the surrounding area
- One of the bedrooms is a twin room and so may be better suited to friends or children sharing

Step inside Diocletian’s Palace (a Unesco World Heritage site and one of the world’s most impressive Roman monuments) and you’ll see dozens of bars, restaurants and shops thriving amid the atmospheric old walls where Split life has been humming along for thousands of years. Split offers a fabulous balance of tradition and modernity, creating a fun, exciting atmosphere perfect for a holiday away. It is well worth taking a ferry to visit some of nearby islands such as Hvar, Korcula and Brac and the stunning Croatian beaches.
