From the moment you arrive at Villa Inara there is an air of elegance and luxury, from the deluxe furniture and contemporary kitchen to the stylish terrace. Every corner you turn there is a new sleek detail, with every element of the villa carefully designed to make your stay as special as possible.
As you stroll through the villa there is a careful balance of indoor and outdoor living, with the main social spaces opening out onto the terrace, whilst several of the bedrooms reach out towards the horizon via graceful balconies. The main living area is open plan, with a stretched rectangular shape with large glass doors dotted along one of the long walls. At one end there is a beautifully decorated lounge, with a large corner sofa and elegant chandelier offering a blend of home comforts and stylish sophistication. At the centre of the room is the large communal dining table, with room for ten guests to sit together and share joyful meals, enjoying each other’s company away from busy day to day lives. At the other end you will find the contemporary kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and two stools at the breakfast bar so others can sit and chat whilst the nominated chef is preparing food.
Upstairs the villa boasts four spacious bedrooms, all with stunning sea views. There is one double bedroom with a private en-suite, the window frames a view of the ocean, so you pull open your curtains and gaze out. The other rooms include two doubles and one single, all with their own private bathrooms and beautiful balconies with breath-taking views. These bedrooms give everyone the chance to enjoy their own space, spending blissful moments alone or as a couple, before heading downstairs to enjoy quality time as a group.
Outside the villa extends out to the horizon, with plenty of seating where you can watch the sunset each night, with the blue sky turning dark orange as the sun drops down towards the sea! With a large heated swimming pool, luxury loungers and a summer kitchen where you can cook up fresh fish and vegetables, sometimes it feels as though you never need to go back inside! Villa Fontana is an oasis of luxury, a unique, stylish holiday home perfect for creating unforgettable holiday memories.
What you should know…
- If you are looking to explore the coastline, national parks and nearby towns, make sure you hire a car to make getting about as relaxed as possible.
- The main living space has a feminine touch with pink upholstered chairs and cushions, as well as crystal style chandeliers hanging from the ceiling.
- A baby cot and high chair are available on request, so please let us know if you need one during your stay.

Sevid is the perfect base for exploring national parks and historical sites, with a rich history in plenty of the towns and cities for you to discover.
The villa itself is just a short 5-minute walk from the centre of Sevid, with some shops and a mini mart, as well a small bay where you can climb in and out of the sea from a platform, enjoying the turquoise, crystal-clear waters. Everything about the area is quiet and tranquil, with boats pulling in to enjoy the serene atmosphere, and the chance for you to head out on a boat for the day, exploring the picturesque coastline from a different perspective. Split airport is only 30-minutes away, ideal for those looking to skip the long travel times, climbing off your plane and reaching the villa super quickly so you can settle straight into holiday mode.
The city of Split is less than an hour’s drive away and is a must visit during your trip. You can hire bikes to get around the city, exploring the nooks and crannies of its character filled streets. Diocletian's Palace, the true heart of Split, is a fantastically preserved Roman monument with UNESCO World Heritage site status! Bursting with activity you can enjoy bustling local restaurants, independent shops and cosy cafes in the day, with the streets coming alive with music and chatter each evening.
If you prefer natural beauty, then take a tour or drive yourself to visit the Krka National Park, only about an hour’s drive away. With stunning waterfalls and trails for hiking, there is plenty to keep you busy, with more beautiful views everywhere you turn. You can also visit the Plitviče Lakes National Park, about two and a half hours away, offering a haven of sparkling turquoise lakes joined across 16 terraces by powerful, beautiful waterfalls.

The terrace is extremely spacious, with plenty of room to run and play, whilst the pool provides entertainment for hours on end. Being heated means the pool can be used even in the cooler months, ideal for kids and adults alike. Just imagine kids splashing in the water, whilst you sit back on a sun lounger or sip a glass of local grappa around the table.
Firing up the barbecue is a sure way to get kids involved in the cooking, with a whole summer kitchen on the terrace, so you can spread out, giving everyone their own jobs. After cooking you can dine al-fresco under the setting night sky, sharing food as a family and enjoying quality time away from hectic day to day lives. Inside, there is one twin room in the villa, ideal for siblings as well as a cot and high chair that can be made available on request.
